Email below to Owner that has gone unanswered after almost two weeks and several follows ups—Hi Molly,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my experience at your Kibble Preston Center location today. First of all, I have been a loyal customer for over a year, I have booked the exact same kind of appointment for my miniature schnauzer every single time since the first time I brought him - the XS Groom (NO add ons). You can review my account history and it will show you exactly that, with the exception of an occasional merchandise purchase.We used to see the same groomer for the better part of a year who we loved (Mitzi) but I was told recently she had left so the last two or three times, we’ve had a different/new groomer. I’d like to mention that the last few times we’ve come, Arlo has been EXTREMELY anxious driving up and inside the lobby, more so than I’ve ever seen him. Also when I picked him up today, the first thing he did when we got outside was pee for what seemed to be a minute straight, which has me questioning the care that he is in after he is handed off.Aside from that, when I picked him up today, I was startled when my check out cost came out to $112. It has NEVER been that much and I was told that an “essentials bundle” was added onto my groom package????? As you’ll notice in my online appointment that was scheduled, it was only for the XS Groom, as we always do. I did not select any add ons, nor did I request them when I dropped him off. His groomer was new so he was double checking about how I wanted his haircut and clarifying what all we were supposed to have done that day - he mentioned a few specifics to which I replied “whatever is included in the groom yes, we do the same thing every time”. No one ever clearly communicated to me that the things he mentioned WEREN’T in the groom and were extra cost, even after my response clearly said yes whatever is included in the groom.Your receptionist, Jade, was very rude. She walked to the back to discuss with the groomer, Terry, and I actually heard the conversation. From what I could tell, Terry was very kind and just wanted me, as the customer, to be happy. However Jade insisted that I needed to pay for the services even though I never asked for them nor was I consulted in a clear manner. She had no issue whatsoever taking advantage of the fact that there was obvious miscommunication on their part, took absolutely no responsibility and charged me almost double for it!!!!Absolutely absurd. I am infuriated and I would appreciate some sort of recognition and offer to reconcile my experience.Also, I’d like to reemphasize the lack of customer service I received from your front of house staff. It was appalling how inconsiderate and dismissive she was. It is certainly not the way loyal customers should ever be treated in any place of service where we are paying good money for you to take care of our cherished pet.I would hate to have to take our business elsewhere. I await your reply.

This was the best grooming experience we’ve had in Dallas! So grateful to have found a place where everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and my dogs look great!

Our groomer, Yurie, is THE BEST! Her creativity knows no bounds, and she truly has a gift for making all fur babies look and feel their best. ?? Just check out her insta: @furry_stylz. Above all, she's patient, and gentle, and so loving! Our furbaby Coco thinks she's PAWSOME!! ?? Highly recommend! ??

Yurie took care of our beloved Gigi and did and excellent job with her grooming. She made Gigi look more beautiful, fashionable and helped her bring out all her fun and bubbly personality.

I took my dog to this place and i gotta say, this one lady named Yurie knows how to make a dog look great! She paid attention to every little detail, delivering a cut that was both stylish and perfect for him. Thank you for the awesome care and we will be back!

I love this place!! My groomer Yurie is so nice. She takes care of my puppy so well and gives me helpful suggestions for how to keep up between grooming. Highly recommend her. She books up quickly so recommend calling in few weeks in advance and request her.

I was never informed previously about any incident so who ever gave that information is lying my dog has been there a few times and has never gotten that feedback and I was never informed at the most recent appt which was feb 2023 that the incident happen until today while trying to make an appt I would like to talk to someone hiring up than an store employee because they don’t know any know anything

My dogs had an appointment for grooming at 11 o’clock. I drop them off at 10:30 I was told that the Yorkie would be the quickest to get done and asked if I wanted to pick her up earlier and I declined. 230 rolled around and I called to check on them with no answer 3 PM rolled around. I called and got no answer so I drove up there and I was told that the Yorkie was not finished. Their new Director of operations brought both of my dogs out. I was shown that my other dog hadn’t even been completed or started. The Director of operations then had the balls to start ringing up the haircut for my Yorky and mentioned she was giving me a discount and I think she said the total was $59. Part of me thought that she should’ve done her job and said I’m sorry we screwed up. We’re not gonna charge you, but I looked at her took $100 bill and tossed at her and told her to keep it and I would never walk through those doors again. That store has a rotating door of employees and is so disorganized I will never walk in ever again.

Kibble Pet is a wonderful place to get your dog groomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way today to groom Teddy before the holidays and as always, he looks great and was a happy boy.

We are so thankful to have found Kibble Pet on Sherry Lane. I just picked up Cubby today and our whole family is all over him with how good he looks and smells. The team is always friendly and professional. Natalia, the groomer listened to my instructions/requests with patience and offered her opinion professionally, whereas at other places they would just nod yes and couldn’t wait for me to leave. I feel like Cubby is safe when I leave him there because they are well staffed. I highly recommend Kibble Pet, and we will keep going to Kibble Pet because of the great service and experience.
