Came in to buy a serum as I buy tubs of Ulta Facial Cream throughout the year. The woman worker in a lab coat was helping someone so we waited behind them and once she checked them out she helped some guy who had just walked in and completely ignored us. We waited over 15 minutes and just left and bought it at Nordstrom. I’ve never had that experience at any Kiehl’s store ever so I definitely won’t be back. It’s a shame because the decor and theming of this store is great but ruined by her service.

Best skin care products so far.I’ve been using this product since 2008 back then my skin was dry but acne (oily T area) now my skin is clear.Thank you so much khiels. Best costumers service. Employee always welcome and help to find the best fit for your skin needs. I live the other city if it’s took an hour away from the store m. If I need advice for the new product I stop by to ask them.

I really wanted to buy something from the store today but the two gentlemen working there completely ignored me and my family when I walked in. They were busy at first but after they were done there was no one else in the store. I did notice that two other ladies walked in got greeted and attended right away. ?.Maybe they don’t like helping people that look a certain way or are a certain race. Good to know!

4/2023-Associates don't have enthusiasm or know much. The female was pleasant, but didn't tell more than I knew...by reading & trying things. The counter- black hair tall 20's male had no clue or care. He only said "it has a floral scent". Also, best to not make subtle neg remarks on what a a customer uses & seems to work. Associates need to learn about the products! Store was clean, at least.

Worst shopping experience from online, they cancelled my whole order because 1 of 6 items wasn’t available. I’m out $300 dollars from my money, and there is nothing they can do until the system cancels it and rejects it. I didn’t expect this from kiehls. And their customer service number is outsourced and not helpful at all.

The best service I ever had. Girls helped me find what I was looking for for my oily skin! I see a difference! I don’t know why there are some negative reviews! People have to know there are rules like Mark G saying he can’t get a travel size reward if the store has a policy you gotta follow it man don’t argue just for a birthday reward cmon now mr. 1000 a year. You won’t always get free stuff in life.

As a disabled person, I have to shop online and shop at Kiehl's online. Every time I place an order with Kiehl's online the shipment of the order is awful. I keep calling customer service which is nice but offers no solutions and the service never changes.I placed an order for 2 hand salves on December 29,2022, and as of today, it is still processing. When I called yesterday and spoke with Jocelyn she assured me that the order would ship out yesterday. Well, she was wrong. I called again just now and spoke with another customer service representative who was friendly, yet could not explain why it is taking so long to process a simple order. If I was not disabled I would go to Sak's and just buy the items there. They always say since 1851, and their processing and shipping is if it is 1851. This company just cannot get anything correct. I don't blame the customer service representatives but the company and whoever is in charge of processing orders and shipping. After so many bad experiences I don't expect it to change. I just hope my order arrives before Winter is over as I am in desperate need of the hand salve. Service

Poor experience! Prior experiences at this location were ok but experience with manager Paul was not good. Family spends $1000's annually and the manager would not honor a travel size bday reward that Kiehl's sent me. Very condescending attitude and even made additional purchase with no offer of samples or try new products.
