My husband went on Gentiva Hospice on May 20, 2024 and passed away on July 15, 2024. All of the nurses and staff were so compassionate. They worked hard to meet his needs and to manage his cancer pain. In July-I was working around the clock taking care of my husband and could not get his pain under control.. I wasn't getting any rest or sleep. Gentiva provided "continuous care nurses" around the clock to manage my husband's pain. Supervisors were coming in on weekends and all of our nurses were excellent. I could rest at night. My family and I would have struggled otherwise. Gentiva met not only my husband's needs, but the family's also. We were so thankful that we had chosen this company. Thank-you for the care , compassion, and dignity that you displayed the entire time......

Home health aid Tina does not ever want to file my nails as required on a weekly basis.
I called many times to complain about it but nothing .Tina always complains how overwhelmed she is with many patients.
Gentiva not recommended since nothing has been resolved with these issues

I truly love working with Kindred hospice. They are an amazing group of people especially Janique, she goes above and beyond to provide superior service and has excellent knowledge of the hospice process. I recommend Kindred hospice for anyone looking to get compassionate end-of-life care for their family.

I asked a very good friend about which hospice to put my mom on and she said Kindred Hospice. It was the best decision I could have made as my mom received the BEST CARE from day one!THANK YOU KINDRED for taking care of my mom!

They were there for every need we had. The nurses, aide, social worker and chaplain were considerate and kind. My mother in-law truly felt that they genuinely cared for her. They were always punctual and never rushed through a visit. Kindred is top notch.

My mother had a stroke. Kindred came to me by the referral of a friend. It has been my experience that it has been excellent. I love my nurse, aide, the volunteers, chaplain, staff, and how many people get a call from the director of ANY company to make sure that all is well. WOW!!ðŸ˜

They have a very rude nurse, Cookie Hinton, working for them. Asked for a return number to call her back and she said she didn't know it. She doesn't know the number to her company? I hope they get a more professional nurse or we'll get a new hospice company.

I haven't be able to call Kelly and tell her how much i appreciate what Kindred did for my mom who suffered from ALS my mom decided to go to Hospice and doing my researchs on the web i found Kindred that thanks to Kelly found a nursery home where my Mother passed away... If u have someone suffering and you think its gonna be ok and tell them that its ok to hold it.. you wrong, there is nothing like to let it go, cause yeah let it go will kill them but also Set them Free... Love You mom and miss you so, so much.

Could not have asked for more. Professional. On time. Caring. Great service. Could not have done this at home without the nurses that came to the house.
