Had to return a stroller there, process was super easy and staff was so friendly! He didn't mind helping me grab it from my car, and took care of it from there. Great customer service!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service is exceptional, they always take the time to show all my shipping options and costs. I ship to New Zealand and Australia a few times a year, and I love that the addresses I ship to are saved. This saves me double checking all the information as I know the previous packages have arrived correctly. Will only use Knox Street Postal Center for all my shipping needs!!

Michael and Francisco are always great and put up with my never ending questions on how the heck postage works! Forget USPS and just come to this postal shoppe. There has been multiple times I’ve had a specific question and will ask an USPS clerk and they can’t answer it. Michael could probably answer the question in his sleep! Lol!

I absolutely love my two main fellas at this Postal Center! Francisco & Michael are always so happy to help me and answer all my postage questions without getting annoyed. There is just no comparison between them and the USPS stores.

Ohhhh!!! I love fast! Great service. In and out....plus friendly. I get worried going places on Fridays lol. Highly recommended with their easy parking and low stress atmosphere.

I've had a Lotta good luck using this place. I made the mistake of going to the US post office this past week and was reminded once again why I like the knox street postal center. They are overly helpful and very reasonable.

Shipped out a package for Christmas. They showed me all the rates and options and recommended a best option for me. Will probably ship all my stuff from here in the future.
