I'm new to Kohl's, nice and clean, reminded me a little of Macy's or Dillard's but the coupon/discount was confusing, is the discount for one item or all thas show a discount price. I told them just to ring me up for full price rather than providing my info. I got the discount but not before I had to say no No NO to more discount, just apply for a Kohl's card.

I like everything I order from Kohls. The only thing is that the shipments take forever to arrive at my house. Also, if I have to return or swap out a size, there is one lady... all the way in the back for returns is very hateful and not helpful at all. This is the Sherman, TX store. I literally feel sick at my stomach! But I love the store.

Just got followed in Khols by this white women in the Sephora section. She looked up and down at me an only asked the white gentleman if he needed assistance and then went back to texting on her phone. She than began to stare at my and follow as I moved around the Sephora section. Again not once did she ask if I needed any help. Even after I loudly said I needed some assistance. I regularly buy my perfumes from here but have never seen this mild aged women before.I hope Sephora takes this seriously, I did not get the women’s name but I entered the store at 9:19 am on 12/23 and she was the only employee in the section. Please stop profiling anyone of color or whom you believe does not look like yourself.

RUDE TEAM MEMBERS AT KOHL SEPHORA
The Sephora workers are very rude here. I came here to return a gloss and wanted to purchase a new one. I was at the counter and getting it exchanged, and I nicely asked if it was okay if I opened the new one to check and make sure the correct one is in there. And then the woman who wasn’t checking me out responded rudely and was like “Yeah if you’re going to buy it” and I responded telling her that I wanted to be cautious just in case the wrong one was in there. And the woman who wasn’t checking me out was saying, “the wrong one wouldn’t be in there, we put those in the back”.. I had too many bad experiences here, I’ve literally had the wrong gloss in packaging before, people make mistakes, so there is nothing to complain about me opening a package just to check, and not use before my purchase.

I visited this location 10/12/2024 mid-afternoon to return some items that did not fit my tween child. I measured her before hand because she is in between sizes, but some of the items still didn't fit as she wished. All parents have been there right? 4 days after the items arrived I took the returns to this location to make a quick return. I had my kohl's card and receipts. Of course the middle aged man behind the counter told me no! He did not feel like doing returns right then so he said no, over and over and over. He did not "feel" like doing his job and honoring the return policy. His exact words. I practically had to beg to return items. Worst experience at any kohls ever. This location used to have such nice lady's working here, where did you get this guy? He did not wear a name tag, but was middle aged, medium skin tone, dark hair greased down in an old fashioned way, troubled skin in need of moisturizer, white and green jersey material t-shirt, and LGBTQ. I ordered over $500 of stuff and returned 15% of that order. I don't know if returns are annoying but it is a service that you offer, so why did you let this guy treat me like this? He was so rude and condescending. He was talking to everyone in the line like that. It was uncomfortable. He was working the cashier on 10/12 @ 3:35 pm. It is not the customer's fault if he is having a bad day. At his age he should be able to know how to manage his emotions or not work customer service.

This store never have associates working.. store looks terrible. No inventory.. no help in any department.. since Mike the old manager.. this place has went down hill. The merchandise you do have. Looks like garage sale items.. and no summer clothing.. no capris pants nothing.. then for mother's day came to shop.. and some one pushed this old rack to the front of the store.. blocking the front with all the old markdown. And when you try to check the price.. all the things we're covered with paper. So you go to the cashier to ask for price... Never the less says clearance. But everything was ringing up. 40 50 bucks. Man them old out of date clothes. SMH
