Googled Korean market in Irving but actually Komart Marketplace is in Dallas. They close at 10pm.The place is primarily a cluster of Korean shops, a Barber Shop, Fried Chicken place, Vietnamese Noodle Restaurant and a busy Korean grocery store with a nice informal restaurant inside. If you like to eat Inside the grocery market, you just look at the menu on the wall, with pictures, price, and number. You go to cashier #5, which is the first one closest to the end of the restaurant beside the Restroom. Just tell the cashier the number of the food you like and after you pay, show the receipt to the restaurant worker and they will make your dish. Just sit down on your table and they will call you when your food is ready for pickup. The food is freshly made with fresh ingredients, delicious and authentic. Don't forget to get your drinks in the grocery before you pay for your meal.I also went back yesterday to buy some fresh or frozen fish but i could not find any. There were plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, dried noodles, coffee, tea, bottled drinks and other snacks. However, no seafood.Update 25Nov2023I went there before they closed on Thanksgiving Day and their sushi were 50% off. That means they make them fresh everyday.

It's like leaving Dallas and shopping in Asia. You'll find every exotic vegetable/spice from Korea you need to make some darn good Kalbi

This review is for "Super Komart" not Komart. This is a home appliance store with lots of other things that you might need for your kitchen and home. They have anything from rice cookers, space heaters, blankets, folding tables, to plates and lots of other stuff. Their prices are not super competitive due to their category of imported Korean goods being scarce to find in person. But this is basically your one stop shop if you need something for your home and you come from a Korean/Korean American home. Location is next to Sura under the shaded parking area. It is NOT inside the Komart grocery market.

This is my favorite Korean market in DFW. Gimbop, fried fish cake, fire roasted yams, and side dishes have homemade flavors with reasonable prices. This is a gemstone to experience a traditional Korean culture.

KoMart Cafe is Big Secret for Gringo Foodies! It's not on GoogleMaps as a restaurant! OtherKoMartMarketplace (Korean housewares) across the big breezeway isn't on the map at all! Back to the Cafe: 1) examine menu marquee photos here for your meal and write down the number(s) to show the checker (once my wife said #50, the checker heard #15). 2) Go into the grocery store for your sides (tempura, etc.) drink, and maybe desert. 3) Check out at register #5 showing your meal choice to the checker. 4) Take your ticket over to the lady at the Cafe counter then have a seat. Your meal will come out with three banchan: kim chee, kongnamul muchim, and oi muchim, and maybe miso soup. Last visit, my wife had Jaeng Ban Jjol Myeon (10) (spicy chewy noodles) and I had RaMyeon (6) (spicy Korean noodles). Good food, interesting atmosphere, and nice (but no-nonsense) people. Excellent prepared foods all around the store. Look deeply for what you've yet to experience.

Bad customer services, the cashier short changes me and refuse to batch out her draw when I demanded. The manager promise me a call at the end of her shift after the cashier batch out. I never did receive a call. They did have a video of the exchange money but it blur

Place your order at the terminal, wait at a table until they call your order. The brisket stew is insane. Dumplings were great, too.

Recently visited for nostalgic reasons with my friend and stopped by to grab some lunch at the food court. There was maybe 2 people waiting but our food took almost 20 minutes to come. But that’s understandable but when I got the food, and took my friend bite, my whole appetite went down the drain. I got the GamjaTang and my friend got the kimchi stew, both of which were saltier than the dead sea. I usually never write google reviews but this place hit my trigger The only reason i’m giving it a two star is because they replaced the ocean stew with also salty fried rice.

I like them but I showed at 9:45pm and they locked the front door on as they were letting out a couple of people. Just needed a few items but felt like they don’t want my business.I will give them another try but will show up an hour before closing.

The only lady that works at this store is so rude and unprofessional she first started following me and my son around the store as if we were going to steal . We don’t don’t steal my son is 1yr old he’s not a thief. She then tried to force me to buy some sugar that was open because my son touched it he didn’t knock it down or nothing he just touch it . But okay I digress. then over priced me I had 8 items that came up to 40$ over taxed me . And had the nerve to say he did this before blaming a 1yr old is insane to me . She don’t even know us . I will be contacting corporate maybe better staff less attitude. Worst experience ever.

[1/18/2023] This is probably the worst run Korean grocery store in Dallas. DO NOT buy any unsealed products from this store. Don’t buy kimchi or any unsealed pickle / banchan products. They spoil fast and are often expired. They sell them expired, and they don’t care. You are better of going to other stores. The Owner doesn’t care. Just go to their website, it is all broken in 2023. They can’t even set up a simple website. The website images are very 1995, very low res. this company is holding on to the store’s past glory days. It never recovered from it. I can’t believe this store still exists.

There is a cashier here (works closest to the bathroom) who ruins the experience for everyone. She’s rude and slow and obviously hates her job. Worse, she talks about customers in Korean not knowing that some of us can understand her. She’s bad enough that it makes me want to go to Carrollton and brave the crowds at Zion or H Mart.

This place always have delicious food. Very affordable. Used to be around $6 for #13 but with inflation and rising cost of everything it is now $12. Still affordable and only 5-10minute wait on your food. You can eat in the sitting area or take it to go. If you are looking for an good Korean food and affordable prices, this is the place for you!

Always a consistent existing. Delicious food served hot and fresh. The place is kept clean and is easy to access, just 15 minutes from both of Dallas's main airports for those looking for their authentic Korean food fix.
