I used to tolerate the poor customer service on this place because its the closest store where I do my shopping and because I LIKE Kroger, but this location has the worst employees AND Management of them all. The last straw was when I tried finding out more about their delivery services during this corona virus pandemic and employees reply with an awful attitude, getting personal, but the worst part comes from the MANAGER I spoke to, "Al," who would HANG UP on me when even HE would not try to give any clear answers to their site's delivery services. I am definitely thinking on going to another location even if I must take several buses than having to deal with these unruly people who do not appreciate their customers. On top of this, KROGER itself refused to answer my phone to state a complaint about such nonsense, leaving me on hold for over 20 minutes before I just didn't bother. Guess the customer is not valued than any other places after all.

We ordered my Granddaughter's birthday cake from Krogers bakery and it was fabulous. Moist flavorful cake, and sublime buttercream. I was happily surprised to get such a great cake so reasonably priced.

Is there where foods go to die?? This Kroger could be absolutely amazing, especially since there are no grocery stores in oak cliff. Kroger should be embarrassed having there name on the outside of the building. The vegetables are rotten, the isles are filthy and everything is a mess. The employees are AMAZING!! I feel sorry for them having to work in this filth. PLEASE Kroger fix this place. At least give people produce they can eat. You wonder why the world is unhealthy. You're feeding Oak Cliff a bunch of CRAP!!!

I have been shopping here for 7 years, continuously gets worse. If you buy groceries at night, you can expect to check yourself out. As a senior, went in 9 pm and I had over 90. dollars in my basket by 9:30 with 1 open register. There's one girl working herself crazy with a line while self-checkout was empty. As self-checkout girl is chitchatting with security, I bagged my own groceries with at least 3 baskets behind me. Can't stand the customer service at night here. Saw the same newer self-checkout girl on another occasion walking away griping about "Her Job!" I am done...

Kroger needs security on the front sidewalk and parking lot. I have been robbed twice now in front of the same store. And Kroger doesn't seem to care. Both times the robbers got my iPhone. The cost of those plus all the other expenses for injuries has cost me over $2000. A couple of weeks ago, it was a drive by purse snatching and the thieves ran over my foot as they drove off. Kroger does not care about security on their outside property - only inside.

I am going to give this Kroger 4 stars because they really do go above and beyond with customer service. Yes... there is only one door. Yes... it is a gross parking lot. Yes.... food is more scarce than you'd see in your Plano Kroger. That is saying something a lot deeper! There is a reason resources have not been put into this store. I hope this changes in Oak Cliff and we can ALL have better access to groceries.

Wynwood Village Kroger: This is the closest Kroger to me so I've been here a few times. It always sucks but yesterday was my last attempt to give them a chance to get it right. The parking lot is beyond gross. It's always loaded with trash and the pot holes are impossible to maneuver around as there are sooo many. So, you park with your car tilting from the uneven pavement and that's just the beginning. There is NEVER a working cart. You go through the 3-5 available outside the store until you find one that will even move...then either push real hard or listen to clacking & rattling noise the whole time you shop. The front door is tiny and always cramped with people attempting to enter/exit at the same time. Then attempt to steer through the crowd to get to the produce dept. Not that you have any other choice as you are FORCED to go that direction. There is food and filth on the floors and in the food bins in every dept. And I mean dirt on top of dirt on top of more dirt. But it's especially bad in the produce...which is beyond nasty as produce is mainly open-package items. And finding fresh fare will not happen...it's more like "pick the least nasty, expired, soggy, brown, etc". (Where is the State Health Inspector!??) The store is completely unorganized so I ask a man for help...bad idea as he gives me a sleazy up & down look like he thinks I must be into him...ewe...I'll find a girl to help me. So, I give up on produce and move on to the frozen & dairy areas. The air is barely cold around the milk and the frozen items have frost burn. The whole store smells dank & musty/moldy...plus rotten fish? It's an assault on all senses. I give up again and go to the bakery...is there even a bakery? Because I can't find any baked goods that aren't old & stale. I still need non-perishable items...but why bother? If I'm going to have to go to another store for toiletries I might as well just get everything somewhere else. So, from now on I'll stick to the Kroger's farther north. Clean ones with well stocked shelves, working carts, fresh food, clean parking areas, and professional employees...like Kroger Mockingbird or Oak Lawn which have been consistently on-point for years.

The place seems dirty and unkept. There are never enough shopping carts.

I'm surprised Kroger allows their name to be on this store as it is, at best, a market out of a third world country. List of things seen: -Trash cans for customers overflowing to the point that there should be a Bio-Hazard sign placed in front of it. -Floors that are so filthy that mopping would be an exercise in futility -Baskets strewn all over parking lot to where driving around them became a sort of obstacle course -Empty cartons where grocery items once sat and are now "shells" waiting to be thrown away or restocked. -entryway designed for a person at a time to enter whereas people push/shove through the vestibule similar to holiday "mow downs" at Best Buy. -Items placed in strange locations. I felt uncomfortable going down the feminine hygiene aisle to get paper plates. In conclusion: Shop at your own risk. -

Please do not fill your prescription at this pharmacy. I'm a Nurse Practitioner who tried to call-in a prescription for a patient this morning and was told by the pharmacist that she is busy and due to high call volumes she cannot take my order and i need to e-prescribe, and hung up the phone on me. Which is a lie and very unprofessional. I didn't have access to my computer and have never had such horrible experience. I called back to ask for her name about three times and she refused to give me her name and was yelling loudly at me on the phone and said i was crazy. I called the store to speak to the store manager and no one wanted to get a manager on the phone. I was put on hold until the phone hung up or either got transferred to the pharmacist who yelled in my ear and hung up the phone several times. After about an hour of trying to get in touch with the store manager, i finally spoke with Gabby who stated she was the assistant manager. I explained her how i was treated by the pharmacist and was trying to call-in a prescription for a patient. I asked her the name of the pharmacist. She told me that the pharmacist first name is Sheika but didn't know her last name. I asked her to check in the pharmacy and she lied that the pharmacy is closed. I told her that i would like to speak to a store manager who could help me. I finally got the store manager on the phone who told me she was busy on the register and that's why she couldn't speak with me. She finally gave me the name of the pharmacist Sheika Johnson. I'm writing this review not because i'm trying to be a complaining customer but treating someone so rudely when i'm trying to get a medication to a sick patient is not necessary. This whole situation would have been avoided if people just treat each other with respect and do the job you are being paid to do. Patients if you are wise you do not want to be one who is trying to get your medication and a pharmacist is refusing to take the order and refusing to provide her name.

This location is not one that I shop at all the time. But I must say it's a nice location. It's clean and the shelves are always well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They asked me several times did I need help to locate something. I will definitely be shopping here again.

This store is a mess. It looks dirty. The produce is have rotten. Iceberg lettuce was brown and slimy. I have a hard time believing this is an actual Kroger.
