I have been captaining a peanut butter drive for work with proceeds going to the Dallas food bank. Managers Brandon and John were invaluable in ordering the peanut butter and getting it to the store for me-lots of peanut butter! The staff at the store was also extremely helpful in getting me checked out and loaded into my car. The drive was a total success and I can't thank the store enough for all of their help!

This location is sadder than a child with no presents for Christmas. Either close it for good, or get better managers. Every time I go, there are not enough employees. They constantly close the Customer Service Center because they don't have enough employees. They only had one cashier when I was there at 4:30 pm today. She was slower than molasses. If she moved any slower, she would fall asleep where she stood. There were very long longs at the Self-service area, and one side was closed. They raised the price of distilled water thirty cents a gallon. I depend on it for my CPAP machine, and they want to gouge me? It is THEIR brand, too! It seems to me that the managers need to get another career because it is obvious they have no clue how to run a grocery store.

I wish I could leave zero stars, this is the worst Kroger ever. Almost everything on the shelves are expired or closed to, and apparently the customer service department closes at 3pm daily? Untrue. I have gotten money orders from there multiple times past 4pm. On top of the fact, today when I walked in, BOTH of the only cashiers working were on phone calls on their Apple Watches. Absolutely ridiculous, never shopping here again

The worst Kroger. They have 12 self checkout stations but only six are open at any given time. The lines goes all the way down one of the aisles, there's only one cashier at a register. This place SUCKS! I wonder how much theft they see on a daily basis. I would completely understand

This krogers sucks they only have 1 side of self check out open the entire time. Barely any cashiers . There was 30 people in the self check out line it's ridiculous. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

I avoid large sushi shops when possible. This place is a local gem. The ownership recently changed and the new chef is putting his own spin on things, which is nice. The decor has been updated. I highly recommend the Butterfly Kiss, the Wasabi Roll, the House Salad, and the fried Sweet Potatoes. House Sake is delightful. Give this place a visit at least once.

I've come to strongly dislike this store. It's gone downhill over the years. Only 2 check stands open (plus self-checkout) & all the lines were at least halfway down each corresponding aisle. It was insane. I turned around & walked out. Don't need the headache.

Store is just bad. The food and goods sold are probably fine, but the lack of cashiers and huge lines in the self checkout (that literally go down the aisle to the back of the store) make this a bad experience. It is the closest store to me, so that convenience makes it likely that I'll be there again.

This store is notorious for long checkout times. More times than not, you'll end up waiting in line longer than the shopping took.This is thanks to the management only keeping HALF the self checkout lanes open. I'm writing this review, in line, at the back of the store. Very disappointed every time I come here. Tom Thumb here I come.

This is why I eat out!!! Just trying to pick up a container of sour cream cause my daughter chose to COOK dinner for us and there's limited regular lanes open (maybe short in staffing) but that's not the customers fault. Nevertheless even the line was almost to the meat department I only stood in line for approximately eight minutes.

This review is for the pharmacy.Tanika, (I'm sure I'm misspelling, sorry!) is every pharmacy customer's dream! She said she didn't like the price she was seeing for a prescription and pulled a few tricks to get the price down for me. Wayyy down. I'm so grateful for her!And where will I spend my savings? Kroger!

I shopped an Instacart order at your store on Saturday 4/24/21 and was in line at register 6. Brett was the cashier. He wasn’t friendly, didn’t greet me and started scanning items before he scanned my Instacart barcode. Then proceeded to get rude. As Instacart shoppers, we are to bag our own groceries. He wouldn’t let me. Then after the first order, just walked away with his phone in his hand. Went out the doors and after a couple of minutes he returned with another cart. Not
