People are always soliciting at the entrances and exits. It’s impossible to enter or leave the store without be haggled.

Close at 10 PM when other locations close at 11 PM. Kroger used to close at 1 AM, but they decided to set a curfew for their customers.

This store stole from me, today, and who knows how many others. See the image. Says Buy 2 get 3 free, with a price of 9.99. So, 5 should cost 19.98.
Nope, rang up as 39.95. And while I'm talking to the service guy the register automatically charges my Kroger Pay card before the coffee can be removed from my receipt.
Then, the employee tries to fix it, but it's not working. He finally asks me to swipe my card... dude... I didn't use a card. You stood there and watched me use Kroger Pay.
Who knows how many people bought this coffee today and didn't notice. That's theft.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out we were watched. I guess a black family with a full basket of groceries without using government assistance is out of the ordinary for y’all. We paid for every single item and when we walked out a security guard was right behind us. I did address him to let the man know we didn’t feel comfortable. His response was that he has only been working for the store a total of three days. Deep down I wanted to return every single item but my husband was tired and wanted to go home. We will definitely not be back. I’ve never experienced that before in a Kroger but this one isn’t on the good side of town anyway. Please do better this location can’t afford to lose any money in this economy but they definitely lost ours for the future.

This Kroger switching which door to keep open in the morning vs the night is one the most irritating things about this store. Can y’all just pick a side?

I've shopped at this store for over 15 years. Sometimes it's an okay experience but most of the time it's not. Usually there are one or more things that make each visit have some degree of dissatisfaction. This store has ongoing issues for years that management does not seem to consistently enforce, and I usually run into one or more of them each time. Here they are. They sometimes close the West building entrance at 6:00 p.m. What's worse, you won't know it's closed until you walk to the door and it doesn't open, and then you have to walk about 100+ ft to the other entrance, then push your basket back out that exit to your car that's 150+ ft away on the other side of the building. A lot of times I walk into the store and there's no shopping carts, nowhere to be found. So how are you supposed to buy more than one or two items? That is an ongoing problem at this location. What's disgustingly unbelievable, I've often found expired foods, and expired for months on the shelf, no joke. How do you have food that's not just expired for days or weeks, but for months on your shelves? As for other inventory stocking issues, a lot of times you go in looking for an item and they're completely out of it. The overnight stocking, isn't getting the stocking done. Another thing I don't understand are the self checkout lanes. There can be a line of people waiting for a check out station in that lane, and then they have another lane of unused checkout stations, that the checkout attendant is too lazy to open up. That's ridiculous, making people stand and wait, instead of opening another lane. I don't understand that. The other problem there is fruit. They often put out very green bananas that you can't even eat for at least two days. Who goes into a store wanting to buy bananas that you have to wait two days to eat? And when I buy apples there, about half of the quantity I purchase taste bad when I bite into them. And their luncheon meats, about every third time I go buy some, they're out of it and it hasn't been restocked. All these issues I'm naming, have been ongoing at this location for years. Whose ultimately in charge of that, managers obviously are? What I don't understand, is why corporate doesn't send in mystery shoppers, at all kinds of different days and times to catch these issues, so that corporate can take corrective or disciplinary actions with those in charge.
Update - I went to the same Kroger on Saturday September 7th around 12:00 noon. One of the items I was hoping to get, was once again out of stock, and that's now three visits in a row they didn't have it. The item is Kroger brand frozen peas and carrots. That whole section of Kroger brand frozen vegetables, is for the third time in a row a complete mess. It looks like nobody's tried to stock that area or clean out the empty ravaged product boxes in it. Also, the one gallon plastic jugs of Kroger brand purified water, they're filthy like something got spilled all over them, and no one's tried to clean it up. They just leave that on the shelves. That's disgusting. This store has some huge problems and I hope corporate looks into it. See pics

Im not sure if anyone in management reads these reviews but something needs to be done about the employee who works the balloon/floral section. Her name is SHARON. Ms. Sharon is extremely RUDE. I wanted to get a floral arrangement for myself this afternoon for my birthday and she kept cutting me off and giving a bad attitude when i asked a simple question. This isn’t the first time she is like this either. The first time i let it slide since i thought she was having a bad day (which we all have) but this time… on my birthday how rude!!!

On my first visit to this Kroger location for a quick pick-up, I was surprised by how quiet it was on a Saturday afternoon. However, what caught me off guard was the lack of shopping carts. I checked both entrances and couldn't find any, which was quite inconvenient.
Inside, this Kroger features a Starbucks and a First Convenience Bank, adding to the store's amenities. There is also a pharmacy on site, making it convenient for picking up prescriptions. The store has a lovely selection of flowers and a great meals-to-go section, perfect for a quick and easy dinner option. Additionally, there were numerous items on sale, making it a good spot for bargain hunters.
The parking lot offers ample parking space, so finding a spot was easy. Despite these positives, I felt that the store could be better organized. The absence of shopping carts was a significant issue, and the overall layout and organization could be improved to enhance the shopping experience.
In summary, while this Kroger location has several convenient features and plenty of parking, the lack of shopping carts and the need for better organization detracted from my overall experience. With some improvements, it could be a much better store.

Horrible customer service. They treat the customers of this store as if they are in an underserved community. Store manager never handles customer issues to satisfaction. They've now hired security that harasses customers as they shop and walk out the store. DO NOT shop here if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
