This store is not capable to run pick up. Called from the app no one pickups the call. Nobody pick up the call for the phone number listed on the pick up spot. Eventually got connected to the pick up team and had to call them twice still no showing. But the lady’s first reacting is to argue about I have been waiting for 20 not 30 minutes. I told her please cancel my order and I will come in to pick by myself. She directly hanged up the call. Very rude. This team should learn how Target run the pickup. Until then, better remove the pick up feature to save your customer’s time.

I wish I could give them negative stars. The most ghetto Kroger known to mankind! The employees decide when the store closes. They’re supposed to close at 12am. You can drive up to the store at 11:30pm, 11:45pm, or whenever and the employees will be standing outside with their purses yelling at you that they’re closed. The security guard keeps the door shut and won’t let people in. Last I checked, store hours aren’t up to when employees want to take their lazy behinds to work. Not to mention that the staff is always incredibly rude to all customers no matter the time of day you go there. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous!!! Never go to this Kroger.

This is my second time doing pick up from this Krogers. And a lady name Jennifer helped me .She was so nice and warmed hearted. Some of the items I ordered they didn’t have in stock and she took the time to tell me similar items they had .WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN THIS WORLD!!! Thank You Jennifer ❤️

I stood by the door At the Kroger on Forest Ln. in Dallas for 20 minutes , and was being denied entry despite arriving 30 minutes before closing. The security personnel was discourteous, and it seemed evident that he was under the influence. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, I was informed that it was indeed a personal choice to prohibit entry 30 minutes prior to closing time.

Management needs to seriously review their pick up operation. One team member is not enough. Twice pick ups have taken over an hour after my pick up window to be ready

The time of day I went (10am) there were NO lines. Everything running smoothly. Don't know her name at the Customer Service desk but she was Very Kind, happy to be there, and helpful. Not like the 1st time I went there when I first moved here 10yrs ago. That's s place was chaotic, rude, like nes, and it was messy! Nothing like back home (VA) Kroger s. So needless to say this place has come along way? hopefully they keep it up

Haven't had any issues here. They are a great store to shop at. I like going for markdown deals. Grocery pickup is really good. I had one employee Jennifer that went above and beyond when getting my things in the car. I've yet to meet a bad employee there.

This store was picked-over. At least 3 items I wanted were out-of stock. No fresh garlic. Then, a single cashier. I despise self-checkout. And no bagger.A manager in the area was barking orders, but just standing there instead of bagging my groceries. She was 2 feet away!Kroger seems to be ignoring the entrance of H-E-B in DFW. Right now they're opening in the suburbs. If they enter Dallas they'll clean up.The store is also dowdy and could be cleaner. At least I get gas points.Kroger needs to focus on customer service.

This Kroger doesn't seem to meet the standards of other stores.1) Regularly, shopping carts are scarce. Today, had to go to the parking lot and get my own to shop with.2) The rotisserie chicken is more often than not, burned. How do over cook chicken, which rotates on a timer in a temperature controlled industrial oven?3) Finding staff to help is a challenge, particularly when the cashier is on his / her cell phone. I guess it is part of their "no effort" service.4) I counted 8 full baskets of return items you have to walk by to exit the store. No attention to detail.
