Would avoid if possible. Service is absolutely horrible , after checking out I left a bag there that I didn't realize, I had to wait out side for an Uber for about 10 min and definitely enough time for someone to run it out to me. After calling the first time I asked if there was any way to help get it to me since I travel for work and don't have a means of transportation. But the person said no with no willingness to help and hung up. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get what was left behind refunded but no one has answered. Definitely will be looking elsewhere to buy food and groceries from now on.

I love shopping my neighborhood Kroger. They. Have good prices and great service and they put on meaningful sales every week. The produce is fresh, the meat is excellent and the bathrooms are clean. The Kroger on Bellaire and Pioeline in Hurst is well run.

This Kroger Pharmacy Does an Outstanding Job I Consider This One Of The Best If Not The Best Pharmacy That Anyone Can Go To. I've Been A Patient At This Pharmacy For About 10 Years I Pick Up My Rx Here For My Panic Disorder Every 2 Weeks And i Have Never Had An Issue With Them They Have By Far The Best Customer Service And Pharmicist Personal Working Here I Wouldn't Change Pharmacies For Any Due Reason I Recommend This Place For Any Looking To Fill Their Rx Prescriptions Fast & Easy Without A Hasssle Then This Is Your Pharmacy. It's A 5★Star Pharmacy.

Customer service skills are non existent. To start off no one is doing basket claims. All of the customers including myself are having to go back outside and find carts to ship with. My main issue with my review though is with the lack of professionalism. I was checked by Kyee/Kylee (who immediately rolled their eyes when I entered the lane) and I was refused full service bagging for my items. Literally my stuff rung up, I'm paying and they refuse to bag. The next person is assisted and now literally their items are being mixed into mine. Rude and unprofessional. I was told I could just do it myself because I'm just standing there. I then was pacified by the manager with the red vest stating they aren't allowed to bag as they go and they can bag at the end. Well neither is being done. This is ridiculous! Self service lines are down the aisle. Half the machines are broken. But we have cashiers who can't even put items in the bag. And I had a full cart! My bread and few small items were the only things bagged for me. If your workers don't want to come to work please get new ones! Please offer your paying customer the service they are purchasing for.

There are always huge lines, because there are never any checkers, and the self checkout machines are constantly breaking, sending off alarms, etc. It took me almost 45 minutes to check out today.

Overall, I really liked the store, but there's just a couple of things they need to get right or they're going to continue to lose tons of customers. I've accepted the fact that I have to scan my own groceries, but why are half of their self checkouts always closed. I'm scanning my own groceries, should I really have to wait in line. Also, why are there never any shopping carts in the cart area? I get into the store and no shopping cart then I have to go out and find one in the parking lot. Both of these issues are constant and not one offs. Fix it now if you truly care about your customers, don't forget HEB is coming to your area soon.

This Kroger is getting worst and worst. Poorly staffed, not clean, not safe (my bike got stolen - while locked to building, staff member even saw it and did nothing!), and when you shop you better bring people along to help you carry your groceries - they have hardly ever working shopping cards! Not sure who cares about that location at all definitely not their corporate or their management!!!

Since Aldi prices went up and the quality of food has went down, I prefer to show at Kroger for pricing and quality.

This store says it closes at 1 am and it's 12:45, and it's closed. Clearly somethings not right, all I needed was some medicine and it's closed 20 min early ! The guy seen me and still told me it was closed.

Specifically for the pharmacy, worst experience every time I come to get my medications. They either stare at you from across the office and avoid helping you as long as humanly possible, or they have the worst attitude when they do approach you. They only keep your prescription for 14 days but if you pick it up too early then they tell you that you can't get it yet... weirdest rule that makes it very hit or miss. I have been so busy with odd hours at work and the pharmacy's odd hours that I finally got to come in and pick it up and the woman told me I was too late and had to wait until the end of the day to do so and then made a comment about me showing up on time next time... not appropriate at all. We all have busy lives and schedules... a simple "we'll see you later" would suffice.
