It's 9/7 1:08pm. I am about to leave town and drive up to drive thru windows at 12:56, the person sees me and quickly pulls shade down so not to service me. I understand the pharmacy closes from 1-1:30 but that was the rudest customer service I have experienced from a pharmacy. Now I have to try and get my medication moved to where I'm headed.

Have been going to this pharmacy 3 years and have never experienced bad service. Have I sometimes waited a few minutes? Of course. But not ever very long. But, all staff are pleasant and professional.

I just had the worst experience at the Pharmacy and drive-thru. I got there at 9:07 (they open at 9:00) and drove up. Didn’t see anyone so I waited 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure if I should drive around again but instead I chose (unwisely) to honk because I thought they didn’t know I was there. Kellie (I think Lau), the checkout clerk, was apparently very annoyed and proceeded to not only be extremely rude, but sneer and made fun of me the entire time. I mean… really? Jeez. Sorry to ruin your day Karen, I mean Kellie. :(

I called the pharmacy phone with a rather specific question. Asha answered and was kind and helpful/patient with me, even when we had to look up like, 4 separate things. Thank you.

I have been happy with the service and everyone is always so pleasant. Only complaint is that I am not really close and I will go pick up a med and the next day I have another email that another med is ready.

If you want to transfer your prescription because they are out of stock, they will drag their feet and you will have delays. They also lose records and make mistakes on refills. Good luck.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. While I won’t say ALL it is definitely majority. In particular Pilar who says she is the pharmacy manager is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and argumentative. The encounter I had would her belongs on an episode of pranked. She refused to answer questions and talked over me several times. She was VERY condescending! I informed her that I escalated her to Corporate and she basically laughed. There is no way that someone like her should be in a management position. I even asked her about transferring my prescription so I wouldn’t have to deal with this pharmacy again and she refused to help since I stated I was reporting her.

Not sure how this pharmacy is rated so low - I had the best experience there today, thanks in large part to Dundra. We don’t typically use Kroger pharmacy but will from now on. The care for patients provided by the pharmacy staff is unmatched and such a blessing.

Now I remember why I quit coming to the pharmacy here. They will tell you anything and are so rude.... Unprofessional!!!!! Like why do they have an attitude about answering questions about my medication???Time to switch again.

I will giving 0 stars to customers service today this evening I try to pay my electricity bill and the lady was waiting to me and another person I don't un why she don't taking care people and line and is still for ever she can help to the line. and when was my turn she said wait here I'm coming back. I need to waiting more the 30 minutes that way I can pay my bill. this can be my first time and last one I can using customer service on Kroger. No no no no way that Can happening one more time for me. no thank you.

I have been captaining a peanut butter drive for work with proceeds going to the Dallas food bank. Managers Brandon and John were invaluable in ordering the peanut butter and getting it to the store for me-lots of peanut butter! The staff at the store was also extremely helpful in getting me checked out and loaded into my car. The drive was a total success and I can't thank the store enough for all of their help!
