I have done business with this Kroger pharmacy for several years. By the nature of going to a pharmacy usually indicates you not well nor feeling well. These employees of a very large corporation make their patients feel like they are the only person there. Prescriptions are ready, a pleasant smile and a caring attitude awaits you. Thank you my pharmacy friends and Kroger, they represent you very well. Jim Murray

We have been using this Kroger pharmacy since it opened. It has had periods of excellence and periods of merely good, but it has never been bad. Sometimes they don't have a time critical prescription in stock and I have to go elsewhere and it is such a headache. (This Kroger is so much better than the other pharmacies nearby!) The app is above average (not without flaws, but a quick call to the pharmacy will clear up any questions), the drive thru is usually quick, and the people knowledgeable and polite. The auto-fill is usually on time (although it always seems to come as a surprise that they have to order one of our prescriptions since it is not one they keep in stock and that makes it ready a few days later, but since we have enough at home it's not an issue).

Got my medication sent here before I read the reviews. Not only do they keep pushing back the pickup date of one of my medications, but when trying to move the prescription to amazon what should have taken 3-4 days has now taken over 6. Don't send your meds here if you ever actually want them.

The Kroger Pharmacy has always been courteous and efficient. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready. It's the same with my husband. He has never had a complaint about the Kroger Pharmacy. We can depend on them.

Prescription request sent 10/23 from Dr. Pharmacy stated not received. Told me to call doctor. Told pharmacist I need meds today and doctor office closed.Answer was, we'll, they are opened tomorrow aren't they? Soo unhelpful! tom5arenn

This review is for the pickup service at this particular Krogers. I ordered groceries and chose a pickup time of 7:30 last night. Upon arrival and checking in, I had to wait a little over an hour before receiving my groceries. I do not recommend their grocery pickup service. If there was a 0 stars, I would give it that. I was highly disappointed.I doubt I will use the pickup service at this store again. They only have 2 motorized shopping carts, and I am unable to walk far enough to do my own shopping without the use of a motorized cart, so if I don't order and pick up, I wind up leaving and going somewhere else. Come on, Krogers, get it together!!! Please provide better service. I doubt I will use this particular store again.

Derrick was so nice and helpful he gave me tips on my diet he was so sweet & well spoken. The reason I give this location 1 star is because another employee with braids kept name calling Derrick and even went as far as calling him a fat ass and made my entire family uncomfortable. Why did he do this? For attention? I'm not sure but I know Derrick is use to it because he didn't even react. That's sad and no one deserves to be treated like that especially at work. I really hope management notices the bullying going on in their workplace its extremely uncomfortable and sad to witness. Do better Kroger with the type of employees you hire. Everyone else was nice.

I made a 2pm online order for 20 items for pickup at 5:30 pm. It is now 6:30 pm and my order STILL isn't ready. Jennifer has come out stating they are short handed. They had 4 hours to organize and store!!!Never AGAIN! Tom Thumb it is.Excuses are failures.
