Called customer service around 7:30pm and no one answers. Tried calling the pharmacy and they were able to transfer me but when customer service picks up they just answer and then hang up. Did that three times total. I thought it might be the phone not working at the customer service until I read some other reviews about them closing early and not letting people in. Now I suspect they were just pretending like they couldn't hear me and hung up so that they can close. Customer service is supposed to close at 8pm.

Worst kroger i have ever visited. Nobody cares their job. Nobody knows anything. Theg couldnt put bogo item yo the system. I never seen a cashier who works well. Everytime they charge something wrong. There is young boys working at the self checkout and they dont even speak with you or answer any of your questions.

Today, 9/3/24, I bought cigarettes and the cashier made a mistake in the price when I counted it and when I paid I realized and complained to the manager Alisha and she did not want to fix the amount or return the money. I called security as if I were a criminal and I just wanted my money back or the price fixed...Kroger blatantly stole my money and the manager Alisha treated me like a criminal, disrespecting me and denying me the customer service number.

Just moved to the neighborhood went online and checked and they were open till 1 AM. Arrived at the store approximately 1115 begin my shopping. I’m helping out a friend so I was picking up two orders of supplies all of a sudden a message comes over the system saying the store will be closing in 15 minutes, which would be 12 o’clock Midnight so I hurriedly try to find the things that I came for, go to the front of the store confirm with a clerk that they indeed are closing at 12 and she is standing there with her purse on her arm going oh yeah we close it at midnight. I Ring up my orders the computer goes off calling for a flashing light and help and tells me someone will be with me shortly.
2 women walk by looking at me. They look like employees and one of them turns and looks at me and says we’re closed. I said I’m trying to make my purchase. Finally after a prolonged wait the disgruntled employee unlocked the system so I could pay. I will not be returning to this store. People If you don’t like your job get a new one, it really impacts your entire life as well as others! ☮️

Did a pick up order, gave advance notice that I was on my way. Was waiting in my spot for 30 minutes before I walked in the store to see what was going on. The self checkout associate called the store pick up associate multiple times over the intercom and they never called her. She finally was able to see him in point him out to me. walked over and let him know that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and was wondering how much longer it was going to take for me to get the groceries. He gave me an attitude and asked me if I did an Instacart order or through Kroger and I told him it was Kroger. He went in the back, pulled up my order and came out with the two baskets and put them on the ground for me to take the bags out. Let him know that there was other people waiting outside as the same time as me and he gave me an attitude and said that they weren’t there for grocery pick up. Don’t offer a service if you guys cannot provide it properly and in a timely manner (in total, it took between 40-50 mins for me to get my pick up order).

Terrible management. Money counter was closed entirely at 3:15 in the afternoon 02/12/25. Kid working self-checkout said 'we short staffed right now' But had this same exact experience 08/07/24... 6 months later you still cant staff your store? Don't expect anyone to want to come here, if you waste people's time.

Store closes at 11:52 pm, even though their website says 1 am. If you go there around 11pm to shop, you will constantly be reminded by someone over the loudspeaker every 7 minutes that you have to hurry up because they are about to close. Place is pretty dirty, and the attendants who are supposed to be monitoring the self checkout are usually on their phones or chatting with the security guard while ignoring customers. Plus a lot of the signage is incorrect with the pricing and promotions.

ETA: Don't ever expect this particular store to be open until 1am. They never are. I've seen them close as early as 11pm on the weekends. Revise your hours or get it together.
There is always an extra long line at night (even during the weekdays!) due everyone using the 3-4 self checkout registers. That is the only option they give you to checkout and it's a nightmare if even ONE person has a cart full of stuff. God help you if someone needs assistance.
Staff is friendly on the floor but they kind of don't pay attention to the self checkout registers. Which again, is infuriating when we're all trying to get through the lines.
Try the Kroger off Cedar Springs instead. They also have long lines sometimes but the cashiers pay attention and you get through it faster.

Just had a bad experience going to this Kroger. The security guard was shouting Kroger is closed and would not let customers in at 11:48 as they walked to the door. Closing time is listed at 12:00. Having worked at a grocery store myself I find this ridiculous. Having the security guard dance and belittle the customers as he shouted Kroger is closed was belittllng. And being recommended to go to a different Kroger after driving out of my way is insulting and unprofessional. This is my “go to” grocery store, but perhaps the security guard was right. Perhaps I should just go to a different Kroger.

Kroger's is getting worse and worse. I do work in the service industry and understand common courtesy when a store is closing. However, they mainly rely on self check out. About 8 others and myself were trying to walk in about 11:49pm. Personally I was going in to buy much needed Pedialyte. The "guard" was yelling from the door at everyone that Kroger's was closed. Their posted hours are until midnight, and although there is no law that they have to stay open, it's only common courtesy as a company to serve their customers until the posted closing time. When I asked for the managers name the "guard"was rude and stated he was not required to release that information and then with a smart tone stated that I could come back at 6 am to speak to the manager. With their horrible curb side service, no actual people to assist or check out, and blundered merger, Kroger's can't really afford to lose more customers. No customers, no income, no "guard". They really need management that WANT to work there, take their jobs seriously, and have a passion for service. I hope corporate will get it together at this location.

Yeah, this Kroger isn’t a good one. It says they close at 12, but they really close at 11. Tonight I tried to buy an Amazon gift card, for the fuel points, and buy something for my mom before the Amazon prime runs out. They said Amazon ones are locked up behind customer service and no one can buy it after 8pm (it’s 8:36pm). Either way, I’m pretty done with this Kroger from multiple bad visits, and regret coming to this one specifically.
