Every time we go to pick up prescriptions at this location there is a new excuse as to why the prescription is not ready. The prices never match our texts from them ( that's IF we ever get the texts) They NEVER seem to have answers to questions. Not to mention they have some of the RUDEST employees operating the drive-thru. We will NOT be renewing our Kroger prescription plan that we've had for over four years. Ever. There are too many other pharmacies around here to continue taking that. Now I see why you have a 2.6 star rating. Good bye Kroger. And good riddance.

I ordered delivery this morning. The delivery time was between 3pm to 4pm. At 320pm I not I ced a kroger truck across the parking lot in my complex. However, he did not deliver to my apartment. I called customer service, don't use automated service just keep asking for an agent, they stated that there was something wrong with the truck and it will be 2 to 3 more hours for my delivery. WHAT?? He was just here where is my order. Still waiting very bad delivery and customer service.

I've lived here for a few months and have been in there several times yet I never see stuff that is in sale ever in stock and oh we've run out is the constant excuse if you have a sale item shouldn't you have enough to last? I go to the meat section and it's usually pretty empty no matter what time of day. Have started shopping at H-E-B even though it's 5 miles farther maybe Kroger needs to get its act together. U wish I could give them 0 stars!!

It has certainly been a while since I have been to this particular Kroger's and I am glad that I came back. I am loving this newly remodeled Krogers store. This particular store was badly in need of a redo and they finally got it recently. It is very much laid out like an Open Marketplace like modern grocery stores are so often these days. The foods are presented in a much more attractive layout and light. It is a welcome change from the traditional aisled stores. The service is what is dropping this rating from a 5 to a 3. While it was not bad, it was just very obvious the workers would have rather been anywhere else but here. That also unfortunately makes the customers feel the same way...

This Krogers is understaffed . There is hardly anyone in customer care to assist and the associates as well as the manager seems to always NOT have access to money orders . No signs in place to tell you services cannot be provided. I’m waiting in customer care line for 10 min no one was behind the counter . I decided to call while in line . Phone just ringing, no one answered . I then decided to go find some help and was advised . “ I don’t have an access to money services by the manager . She told me the same thing a day before prior.This is not the first or 2nd time this has happened so it’s definitely time for me to leave a review . I’m sick of this Krogers .

This will be my last time giving kroger my money. Their app is horrendous and stone-age quality that won't even shop what the shopper specifically shopped until you either get it brought to your car or get home. They've done this before with soda and today it was blue bell ice cream. You specify what flavor you want in the notes, which they don't read because this happened 2x, it was cold and I didn't check before leaving the store. Get home to finding 2 random flavors in my order, none even close to my specification of VANILLA. Called and was told I HAD to return to get a refund. So now I wasted 30+ mins because of ice cream and a shopper that cannot do such a simple job. Waste your money anywhere else
