My first visit to Kwik Kar, Sidney made me feel very welcome. I had a busted taillight and he helped me order the part, install the part, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him again soon.

I haven’t used my car in a while, tires were low I was in need of an inspection my brake light fuse was out
I brought it in right before closing time. These guys were super friendly, and we’re quick to help me get the car back to good as quick as possible
Manager was super polite and they had great customer service.
I normally don’t take the time to do reviews, but these guys were genuine and very helpful.
If you stop by ask for Sydney he is a store manager.
They took the time to actually take the brake light off to inspect the light and also changed the fuse not very many places are willing to help

They helped me out in a pinch with low tire pressure, made sure my car was safe, and would not even take a tip, just genuinely kind people. Especially during the Christmas season, it is so nice to see a local business really show up for their neighbors.

It's been years since I've had any service here but I needed an oil change and couldn't get to the dealership this time. Sidney quickly got my car in and in the diagnostic, caught a failing break pad and rotor. Instead of having me wait an hour for the fix (a reasonable time, in my opinion) he went to the warehouse himself and picked up the part and had my car out in 30 minutes. Incredible customer service! Thank you!

Great experience and good costumer service, they put iner outer tied rods. Ball joints and uper arms also the alignment. Everything perfect and for a good price. Really recommend this place and worth the 5 stars.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kwik Kar on Garland Road. Adams was the mechanic who serviced my car for a simple oil change, and when I got home, I discovered oil leaking everywhere. I checked underneath and found that the oil pan screw was completely loose. This could have caused serious damage to my car, and it’s unacceptable.
I’ve always given Kwik Kar good reviews in the past, but this time the service was horrible. Quality control and attention to detail were clearly lacking. Unfortunately, I will not be returning after this experience.

Stephan and Miguel at Kwik Kar on Garland Road took me in right away and expertly handled my headlight change in spite of a challenging installation set up. I’ll return to them!

I would recommend that you don't go here. I pulled up, asked for an oil change and went to wait. Of course they try to sell you new air filter, new cabin filter, brake flush, fuel flush etc... Which is totally normal. Just doing their job. What's not part of their job is putting full synthetic in my car without asking. As most of you know that nearly doubles the price of an oil change and quite frankly I didn't have the money for it. When I pulled up and asked for an oil change, the question should have been Conventional or Synthetic at the very least. The guy checking me out made it right with a discount, but beware of this location. Not sure if it was because I'm a woman or not and they thought they could take advantage, but I won't be going back here.

The most responsive and reliable place I have worked with. I take all my cars there and the staff are always attentive, get the job done and don't nickel and dime. They fixed things that can be fixed as opposed to forcing a replacement. Definitely my go to service shop.

I never have any issues when I come here! It’s in and out, quick and the staff is funny and welcoming. No bs here. Especially as a lady, I don’t get that scam and hustle rhetoric. They actually take care of my issues and care about my safety! This location is the best one I’ve visited!

The team at Kwik Kar on garland rd is the best by far I’ve even seen. Brought my car in that was setting for 5 years they got it up in running in 3 hands down , the lobby is always clean and snacks are provided i highly recommend going to this Kwik Kar
