People was nice and welcoming. Had a minor miscommunication for some services but all was worked out. Management especially AK was very professional and was concerned on how my service went. This place earned alot of my respect and I'll definitely will be going back.

I don't know that I've ever been to a place that actively didn't want business. I visited three times over a span of two weeks to get a vehicle inspection done, and was given some excuse all three times.This used to be a place that you could depend on, now it doesn't seem like anybody wants to do business.

Came by today. I had gone 3 weeks ago but came back after my oil light turned on this morning. Thank god I did. My turbo tube (I might be saying it wrong) was completely disconnected and I had zero oil left in my car. They were so nice, and informed me they were also under new ownership. I had my dog with me who is terrified of people (specifically men, poor baby was badly abused before I rescued her). Anyways, they were very respectful of her space and patient with her and so kind. They got the hose reconnected, gave some guidance if I have further issues and did another oil change to make sure everything was running and moving and reset my codes. Seriously thank y'all. It is expensive but since I had just been in they discounted it a little bit and didn't charge for the reconnection which was above and beyond.

The store manager and crew have exceeded my expectations!! I had a very over-priced quote from the dealership with no feeling of quality assurance - QuickCar met my service needs above and beyond explaining every detail. I was very extremely satisfied and my trust was gained. I be a loyal customer!

I have to drive an hour to get the best oil change service, but it's worth it! Outstanding service, they go above and beyond, and handle all ur auto care need. They spotted damage that I didn't even know about and discussed options to resolve the issue with me. They will be doing all my work from now on!! Depending on where u live, I suggest the same. ?

I went to this place for a state inspection. I knew that my left windshield wiper was fairly new, but because the representative wanted to sell me their wipers he would not complete my inspection.Sad!

We got our oil changed at kk 3 weeks ago. The day before we were going on a trip. When we got in the next day not a drop of oil was in our car. Who knows the damage that could have been. It took 3 days to get a hold of anyone that could help me and 2 weeks to get any reimbursement.

Horrible service - will never come back.UPDATE: Tint on the front windshield was 1/4 too long (despite manager stating 3”). Whatever it was, it was admittedly longer than 5”.Here is the real complaint. After removing the ILLEGAL TINT, Jaxson (Technician) used what I perceive as a threatening tone to “fix my review” or he will do so. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Don’t bully customers to get the review you want. And the technician’s behavior was so out of line that 2 other employees had to tell him to stand down.Long story short, I will I am fixing my review, because the tint was not within the standards of the law. However, I am not going to fix a review for the behavior of this technician in trying to yell at me to fix a review. That behavior was unprofessional, and beyond the realm of what this car center should stand for. We will be escalating this matter to the corporate owner of this location due to his behavior.The man at the front desk was outstanding, by the way. And even the inspector who failed me then passed me was nothing but professional.Service: Vehicle Inspection
