I look forward every morning to come gym at this location, getting greeted by the best hardworking janitors Marcela and her partner. Despite equipment being out of service I believe is because the irresponsible people attending this gym. Overall don't blame the gym.

More than 1 month with the machines not working, how many months do we have to pay to fix it and get a New Water Filter ? The Manager is not doing a Great JOB sr. PLEASE TAKE CARE: This is my more than $66 dollars membership claim.

LA Fitness on Haskell is a large, we'll equipped, and well appointed gym with lots of free weights in half steps and multiples of equipment and weight machines. There's a huge cardio area and the rowing gear is some of the best I've seen. Not much to complain about. You get good bang for the buck, decent amenities, and a good location. All gyms have divas that won't share or hog equipment and can get very crowded during peak times, but we live in Dallas. Even at Equinox you have to wait for the valet ?

The equipment and water bubbler are always busted and 90% of the customer service and trainers are absolutely despicable! It is expensive to have a membership and PT contract so this is unacceptable. The water bottle filler was broken for several weeks. People can ask ME questions and I can give a better answer than people who WORK THERE .Here are just some examples:- On my first night, I wanted to try the gym out to see if I liked it and the dude at the front was so rude and clearly did not want to be there and only gave me a 1 night pass when I have seen others get a 72 hour pass- My personal trainer's schedule wasn't showing up on the app but the error message said something like "there are no available times". I asked the lady at the front and she had no idea. I later found out that it was because my PT did not post his schedule yet.- The week of Thanksgiving, I asked another dude at the front if they are open on Thanksgiving and he said I don't know. Umm don't you work there? I then found my answer on the app.- A few weeks ago, a machine was missing a piece for a few days and my friend asked the guy at the desk he had no idea. What??As far as personal training, I have been displeased with the service of my trainer due to him being on his phone in the middle of the session while I was doing all of the drills wrong, or him being late or flat out forgetting we had a session. I complained to the PT manager and they talked to him, but the behavior persisted. I asked for a new trainer but the PT manager had left and there is a new one now. He told me he would get me a new trainer by the end of that week. I have now been waiting an entire month for a new trainer. I am paying for a PT contract and have been a month without PT. Absolutely horrible! And they never answer your calls when you want to address the problem. The fact that the prior PT manager left is a sign that there really is something wrong going on with upper management. You all must have had some kind of shift in leadership because your employees are not happy. FIX IT! Or give me my money back now

Juice Bar guy is not only rude.. walks around like he is better than others... like something is stuck up his @#$.... talked to staff about his rudness to my girl.... thay did not care.... as if I was interrupting there social media time... on more than one occasion...

I’ve been going here for 3 years just because of the location, which is the only saving grace. I was hopeful things would change after the renovation last year and new management, but unfortunately, the same problems exist. These things are unacceptable given how busy it’s been since the renovation in 2023 and now the January rush.Lockers are broken because they keep getting broken into. I’ve had my locker broken into 3 times (with a lock). So, I have to pay for new locks and management flippantly says we assume the risk. I no longer keep my belongings in the lockers but carry a bag with me. Management does not seem to care. Many vehicles have been broken into as well. The front desk is often unmanned, so people just walk in, many times to play basketball.Machines are constantly broken. As is the new water fountain, which has been broken longer than it’s worked. So, there are crazy long lines for equipment and to get water, which makes this place almost unbearable during peak times.There were understandably no towels during COVID. But since then, they’ve made you pay extra for towel service, even though this is a signature club and you already pay more to go here.I hope they do better. But things have been this way for 3 years, so I’m skeptical.
