Didn't stay here because after we checked in, the not so nice front desk woman who didn't have a name tag on told me there may not be shuttle service because it was cold and I would basically have to wait until morning (have a 6 am flight) to know if it was running - absolutely ridiculous. She offered no help or solutions whatsoever and basically said is you want to stay, stay and if you don't, then I can cancel your room. It was not busy (2 pm) and there was no reason for her rudeness - so, I cancelled and left

Stayed here for a Cowboys game, the room was perfect! We ubered to and from the game. Total for both was about $110, but the parking around the stadium was 200+ so definitely worth it to not have to worry about trying to get back lol. Room was clean, and bed was very comfy. Check in was simple. No issues at all. My only complaint was that pizza delivery does not deliver to any hotels. I definitely recommend this hotel for any games, the drive was about 30 min each way. 10/10!

Our phone and tv remote didn't work, the attendant at the front desk seemed more interested in her cell phone than helping fix our situation. The promise of a shuttle to the airport was not fulfilled and we were told that "...our shuttle driver sometimes just doesn't show up on weekends." Not a pleasant experience, overall.

This location was clean. Parking was available. The room was spacious. Paint colors throughout the hotel were welcoming and vibrant. The hot water temperature can improve.

Many of these reviews are quite questionable. This was my first time- guaranteed my last.I had checked in early (was appreciative of that), but the first 2 rooms I as put in had non-working AC units. Before going back down again for another room, I decided to call from the room to let him know this 2nd room also had a non-working AC. Front desk guy literally asks “well what do you want me to do?”I said “excuse me?”, to which he replies “you want me to call maintenance or try to get another room?”. It’s pretty sad when someone in the HOSPITALITY industry is asking their patrons how to be hospitable. I advised “both-call your maintenance folks for your next customers and get me room with a working AC”.Once in the room, well, I’ll let the photos speak for the cleanliness….urine from prior guests still on the toilet seat. I’m that alone is enough said

First I was a little disappointed that the airport shuttle does not run past 10 pm. It was close enough to the airport that the Uber was cheap. Our first room key did not work, went back to the desk and received new keys and new room. The room looked like a motel. The bathroom was disgusting, shower had stains and the cabinets/walls were damaged. Hair was inside the bed. Worst part was housekeeping waking us up at 7:30 am.

The good:Room was clean and nice lookingThe bad:The staff was rude. Every single one of them except the kitchen and housekeeping folks. They were fine.The ugly:We were supposed to have a shuttle ride from the airport... well... nope. My wife did get to talk to someone and told them our flight number and who we are. She wouldn't take down any info but for us to call them... but that didn't work. We called the hotel to get the ride. We got the answering machine and all it did was tell us how good you are.... but after more than 10 minutes we never got to speak to anyone! Fortunately my cousin also flew in but rented a car. I could only guess what would have happened if she had not. Then; yep, that was not all, we were leaving on a Saturday, my mom's sugar dropped and so i went to the breakfast place and it was not open. It was 6am. My cousin and I hadn't realized that breakfast is an hour later on weekends (didn't make sense to me, i mean people are traveling... that's what you're there for) we hoped to get some juice, but the desk person looked as if we were a bother to him and wouldn't see if we could get the juice turned on. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Talk about a crew that absolutely does not care.Rooms: Clean and comfortable

Conveniently located 6 minutes away from Dallas Love airport, the staff working the front desk were friendly and courteous. The lobby area is welcoming and cozy. There are laundry facilities, a gym, an office center and an outdoor pool. Plenty of free parking. The rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge and the rooms are very clean. They offer a good continental breakfast available from 6am to 10am. Beds are comfy, the pillows are ok, but too soft for my liking. All in all, we had a very good stay and would stay here again.

Good stay, quiet and bed was comfy. Showered was rough though. Unstable Temps and pressure no matter what time of dayNeeds suitcase stand in each room and maybe some t.v. stands.Continental breakfast needs more grab and go options like granola barsStaff were excellent

Nice property, very trendy local theme for the decorations. Room was missing furnishings. Front desk tried to get extra $100 for deposit even though room was booked thru corporate agency. It's not common practice to charge Crew a deposit, especially when booked through the carrier's corporate travel department. Don't pay it! They have a blind credit card on file for damages. Breakfast doesn't open up until 7 on weekends.

Booked emergency room for my adult son, flight issues. No shuttle, as assured one would pick him up, had to call a Lyft. Shuttle vehicle was tucked away at the hotel dry, had not been out in the rain this afternoon. Got into room, decent enough, was disturbed at midnight by staff banging on door accusing pot-smoking, when the whole place reeked of the smell when he arrived. Threatened to have him THROWN OUT and attempted to charge his card $100 TWICE. He left this morning via another Lyft, since scheduling a shuttle seemed like an impossibility. Would not recommend, the convenience of the shuttle was not at all one.

Great central location and easy check-in. This is a well maintained hotel. The housekeeping staff is top of the line, and they all have GREAT customer service.The front desk clerks were not rude but they all were a bit lackluster.I will definitely stay again.

Nice bedrooms, however there is a lot of noise in the rooms because customers are poorly educated and partying at 1 am , called the hotel front desk who does not care. Bad service.

The reviews and pictures of the hotel are really good. I had a really nice person check me in. Check out staff seemed unfazed when I let them known the phone didn’t work in the room and the TVs were stuck on one channel. The bed was comfortable however it’s right off a major highways and I was woken all through the night by loud cars and alarms. It’s clear they did not put any sound proofing into the design. Additionally there are stains/marks in the bathtub. Oh also scratches on the screen of the TV. It not a terrible place but needs updated and they should offer ear plugs!

I booked this hotel through Priceline and it was one of the top searches for hotels near DFW Airport. Needless to say this was 20 mins away. It was rated a 8.3 on their site with many positive reviews. Shame on me for not doing my homework, because it was poorly rated on Google. The reception desk help was rude at checkin and the second guy in the morning was just as rude. The have zero interest in customer service. The room was average at best. The shower was dirty and the room smelled. There was centipedes in the sink and overall just felt bad vibes the entire stay. The hotel advertised free airport shuttle but the forgot to mention only to Love Field airport and not DSW. What a joke. I will never be staying at LaQuinta Inn and Suites ever again and not using a Priceline either. Avoid this hotel and read Google reviews and ignore the Priceline reviews. They must be fake reviews. Oh and forgot to mention their breakfast sucked. It was old food and tasted gross! Book this hotel at.your own risk!!!
