I’m visiting from Memphis. Will be here until Monday. For the price of my entire stay was awesome. I was arriving early and spoke with someone name Connie who insured me that they would do their all to make sure they accommodate my request. Upon arriving Ms. Beatriz assisted me with such hospitality I wanted to extend my stay on her behavior alone ?……. I defiantly will be staying here when I come back to Dallas!!!

I was a little skeptical when I saw the hotel being behind another hotel, however once going in I was AMAZED.... I can't believe the price I paid, it looks like I would of paid what I paid the same for one night what I paid for three... I love walking into a building and smelling freshness!!! The pics online definitely owned up in person.

Double charged, my card, took multiple times to correct. Place needs to be cleaned. Halls and carpets on room floor not mopped or vacuumed during my week stay. Rooms were clean, towels refreshed daily.

Stayed at this hotel while on business… checked in at 8:00pm and left at 2:00am. Next day my bank statement shows an additional 200.00 for what I do not know! Don’t smoke, don’t drink and surprisingly they can’t tell me why! I will return soon and get double what they stole from me!DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL! Go elsewhere!!Noteworthy details: Charged me 200.00 the day after my stay! I don’t smoke, don’t drink… just slept for 6 hours. Dishonest owners, don’t waste your time or money!! One way or another I will get double my money!!

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Richardson and had a delightful experience. The hotel offers excellent value, with a rate that feels like a steal for the quality provided. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is outstanding in their service, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome. The amenities, including complimentary breakfast, WiFi, and parking, added convenience to my stay, allowing me to enjoy my time without worrying about additional costs. The location in the Far North Dallas neighborhood struck the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility, contributing to a sense of safety and comfort throughout my visit.

Hotel was not clean. The lobby and halls smelled horrible. The floors in my room were not vacuumed, there were crumbs and pieces of popcorn all over the floor, even a kids toy was left on the floor. The bedding had stains as well as the mattress. The tub/shower were dirty with grime. The doors also only had one lock that could be opened by staff, there was no deadlock and it felt unsafe at night. I also didn’t feel safe leaving any valuables while out and about, I took it all with me. There was a constant high pitched ringing and buzzing sound and the refrigerator made a loud humming noise which made it hard to sleep at night. There was a fire alarm my last night there. We were all standing out in the rain and the lady at the counter that night did not tell us what was going on. There were 6 fire trucks that came, they talked to her after a long while, and then she told us to go back inside. No explanation, it was weird. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning, I really don’t know how they have such a high rating.

Upon arriving at the La Quinta Inn & Suites at Richardson, we were met by an incredible greeter with superior customer service! She was amazing and volunteered to assist with any service requests that we had and she fulfilled that. She was warm, fast, and friendly. The breakfast area is renovated in what appears to be an older building, but the modern upgrades that have been invested so far are really nice. The seating area is nice and the breakfast had multiple options, a waffle maker, pancakes, breakfast burritos, eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and more. I like the variety of tea options in the coffee area.My recommendations as a business analyst and project manager to executive management would be as follows: refresh the carpets throughout the building and ensure the vacuum and cleaning schedule is maintained. Hire additional staff if needed for cleaning to also ensure that upholstery is cleaned in bedrooms and the lounge area, as well as the elevators. Additionally, utilize air fresheners to uplift the building and rooms and remind staff to always greet their guests with a smile. Our greeter was amazing, but all staff, including house-keeping and breakfast assistants help to set the atmosphere for great customer service. Everyone should be confident in their role and not invisible. They're appreciated.I also noticed that there was only one dolley/cart for moving into the rooms. I would upgrade it to the standard size and maybe invest in two. Also, ensure that staff has the needed materials and organizational tools for the breakfast storage area. Shelving for organization and spray bottles, etc.Lastly, ensure that ceiling patches in rooms are complete and refinished with excellence. Whatever you invest will come back in ROI and excellent customer reviews. Keep your business coming back.

Came for a quick getaway and enjoyed every second! Rooms were CLEAN, HUGE , and COLD ,just like I like it, of course, which is adjustable. Breakfast is from 6am-9am on weekdays and is DELICIOUS! Will be returning to this exact location soon! It was exactly what we needed.

They were doing construction from a past incident but we were able to see the final product and the sitting area was beautiful. The rooms were nice as well and the staff came daily to restock whatever we needed. Breakfast was repeated and I did wish for something new each day but what they had was good. The fitness room is really nice as well. I recommend this place.

We were here for a six nights stay while my husband did medical treatments at a nearby facility, so it’s not like we were here to nit pick every single little thing, but we feel like for the price for what we thought was a reputable hotel that we were staying at were a little bit too much to ignore it sometimes. When I did let the front desk know about the pool and patio situation. They were very quick to go over there and get it cleaned up and get everything right, it’s just the fact that it was like that to begin with and if I wouldn’t have said anything how long would it have been like that?Rooms: Shower curtain was like 6 inches too short lol so water came out on to the floor during showers. The rooms were clean, carpets were spotted from bleach cleaner I’m guessing.Safety: Phone in the room wasn’t working to teach the front desk, I relayed the info, but wasn’t corrected. When we were at the pool when dialing the front desk I’m from my cell, it said the number wasn’t working, I tried several times over a ten minute span, but had to end up walking to the front desk.Food & drinks: Eggs, sausage and coffee wereGood for breakfast. The waffles and pancakes were pretty chewy and dry and I was there not long after break was initially served.Noteworthy details: The staff were all very nice, professional and prompt. The ice machine in our floor was broken, so we had to travel floors for ice, elevators and glass areas were real grimy or smudgy/dirty. Someone had fixed coffee in the lobby and dripped/spilled it along the whole first floor and elevator and it stayed spilled smeared and sticky on the floor the whole first day we were there. Finally moppedNext morning. and we were here for six nights day where my husband did medical treatment so it’s not like we were trying to nitpick every single little thing, but somethings, I feel like for the price we were paying for what we thought was a reputable hotel. We’re just a little bit too much to ignore.

Hotel was not very clean. Elevators were dirt with opens bottle of soda and trash on floor. Our room was not very clean needed a better cleaning including vacuuming and sheets. Pillow case had fresh chocolate smear. Breakfast was beyond acceptable. People were in and out of lobby that were not staying at hotel eating the breakfast and using the restrooms women/men in the same restroom. People had open liquor bottle inside the breakfast area. Stinky floors throughout hotel. Location wasn’t good either a lot of people just hanging around the area due to free access to restrooms.Rooms: Not clean
