Had to go pick up a chair for a friend that needed it right away. Delivery was going to take too long. Guys at the warehouse were helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a large number of people picking up so things moved quickly. It’s not exactly obvious where to go but you proceed to the east side of the building to the loading docks. Signs tell you what to do from there. The guys shrink wrapped and loaded the chair quickly and we were on our way.

I would absolutely not recommend shopping at this store or purchasing a Lazy Boy product. I give them two stars only because there are some professional, long time employees from a time when this was a decent store and sold a quality product. If you do buy a product here, and never need service after the sale, you will most likely be satisfied. If you have a problem with your furniture after the sale it's a disaster. The so called "lifetime warranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. It covers parts only and after paying service fees and labor you might as well throw your furniture away and start over. We tried dealing with two different "customer service" agents in the ****** area. One would not return our calls and the other was so rude we gave up speaking with her.I wish I had done more research and looked at reviews prior to our purchase. Lazy Boy has a long list of unresolved customer complaints and it appears there is no one in a position to correct the problems who cares.Buyer beware !!!!!

Picked up my new recliner! Manuel who was working the customer service counter was amazing. He was friendly, fast, and literally multi tasked with three of us picking up. He opened the box up for me to check out the recliner and then taped it all back up neatly. Give Manuel a raise, he is a hard worker in extreme heat conditions since your warehouse is not air conditioned. Thank you again Manuel!!!

We picked up our rocking recliners from this warehouse. Staff are very attentive, hard workers. There were several people in line but the guys are very organized and were super fast loading everyone all the while being very diligent not to cause damage to the merchandise or the various vehicles.

I was needing a recliner because I had to have Open heart surgery. I even explained this to the sales lady. We fitted me a recliner on April12th and I had to be rushed for surgery on the 16th never getting a chance to use the chair to make sure it’s what I needed. Anyways, I was released from the Hospital on the 25th. I came home. And used the recliner the first night which was miserable. I tried again the next night with still no luck. So I called to try and return or try a different chair and I was told I couldn't because it’s past the return date which is way out of my hands. If this is how you treat customers then this will be the reviews you get. I will make sure to spread the word through all of my social media outlets which include many hospitals, Open Heart support groups and so forth. Thanks for the understanding. Looking at most the reviews you have now I’m sure this will change nothing but it will give me piece of mind.

Today, my wife and I had a bad customer service experience with Jenny, the store sales person at the Arlington, TX location. When we asked questions about recliners we were considering purchasing, Jenny's responses gradually became offensive and very unprofessional. She made statements like, "I've already my sales for today, so, no pressure. If you buy it or if you don't buy it, it doesn't matter." Though we were fully prepared to purchase the recliner we had chosen, we chose not to proceed because Jenny's attitude was unacceptable and distaseful. We decided to go elsewhere to spend our money (nearly $3,000 for a single recliner - with no financing options necessary). We may eventually purchase a Lazy Boy, but we won't purchase it from that location and absolutely not from Jenny be sure she's already made enough sales. (Additionally, we called to share her comments and our concerns with the manager (Kenneth) but he only made excuses for her poor behavior and offered no apology for our experience. (Bottom line: Poor behavior at the bottom is often because of poor leadership and low expectations at the top.)

Dont call the number on the receipt cause no one answers phone there. I couldnt contact anyone to get info of any kind so I ended up driving an hour and half down to the store just to ask for dimensions and weight of a chair. After 16 phone calls and driving down, still never talked to a manager. The warehouse guys where the most helpful of all. $1200 for a chair I would think some could pick up a phone.
