I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, which is unacceptable—especially for a place that handles medical testing. On top of the long wait, the facility was noticeably filthy. The floors were dirty, the seating area was unkempt, and overall, it didn’t feel like a clean or safe environment. I expected a much higher standard from a healthcare provider. Definitely would not recommend this location.

Please don’t come here for your job screenings and put your job offer at risk. The receptionist is unprofessional and unhelpful.
I set up an appointment online at 4:15 PM. I was able to select the drug screening for employer option. I got there 15 minutes before appointment time and she told me the cut off for drug screenings is at 4 PM everyday even after booking in advance and arriving earlier to appointment time. It sounded like BS and the receptionist just wanted me to leave. If that’s not the case, then Labcorp needs to revise their appointment option times on their site for drug screenings.
There is another reviewer pursuing legal action due to their incompetency. Please read below. This needs to be taken more seriously as employers typically have 48 hour policies to submit a drug test before they take back your job offer.

Every single negative review is true. I’d rather pay for a private company to get my drug test done than to have a garbage employee talk to me like that.

The front staff is very nice and professional, and the lady who drew my blood was super friendly! I could see that they were busy but they’re fast, the whole service only took about 15 minutes.

Receptionist yelling at me whenever I was trying to figure out how to fix their mistake. Company is telling me because they didn’t put in the system I couldn’t give enough for the drug test (drinking 8+ cups and waiting until they closed) the company can’t do anything and they took back the job offer.
I’m getting the runaround from everyone and I was trying to get more information but the unprofessional receptionist has a short fuse and started raising her voice and cutting me off whenever I was explaining the situation.
Don’t come here for your tests, they are unprofessional and will put your future job on the line.
UPDATE:
Just got my drug screening results. Labcorp put that I refused the drug test. I will be weighing my options on whether to pursue legal actions, because they lied on my report. Like I said, do not come here.

I have been to this location three times, and they have always been helpful. The phlebotomist are great. I have also witnessed them helping other people when they have questions or have come to the wrong lab. Taking my 91 yr. old Mom next week.

Jeremy was amazing! He was kind and skilled at his job. I have a true fear of blood, needles, and giving blood but Jeremy kept me at easy and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much for making my entire experience wonderful!
