I walked in with no appointment and it was a good experience. Didn't wait very long and the staff was professional and friendly.

A nightmare to find. Charged us even though we are covered 100%!!!. We haven't had to pay for ANYTHING since May when we finished paying our out of pocket. They have a screw loose. We will probably never see that money again. Probably went to pay for their lunch!!

Very rude staff, they don't help especially the tall guy who sit by the window, it's like prison, closed window, you have to sign in to ask the questions and I left the place called my dr to change my lab and went quest diagnosis. Don't waste your time at lap Corp

Even though I have had my blood drawn at this LabCorp in Methodist Hosp on Forest every three months for more than ten years, I'm outta there.Jessica or Erica--whatever your name is--this is for you. (I'm not sure of your real name because you refused to turn your badge around when I asked you to.) I first arrived on Thursday at 4:57 and the place was shut down. (Their posted closing time is 5.) I came back the next day at 4:15. I was the only customer there. Jessica/Erica at the front desk could not find my doctor's orders. She did not offer to call the doctor to get the oders. She didn't offer to double check the stack of orders. Nothing. She could not have been clearer even if she had said, 'Now get out of here." I asked her to call the doctor. She did and only got a recording. I asked her to look through the stack of orders again. She told me she did not wear glasses and her eyesight was good. In other words, 'How dare you question me?' She rechecked and found no orders.LabCorp has lost my business, not because of the missing orders, but because of Jessica/Erica's unhelpfulness.I told her that a better approach might have been for her to say, 'I see you've driven in from XXX, so let me see if I can double-check our files and also try to contact the doctor. Even though the result would've been the same, you would've looked like a champ for trying.' Whatever your name is, your skills are better suited for working behind the scenes, where hiding your name won't matter.

Couldn’t get through on the phone. Finally found the location and was turned away at 5:01. Thanks to the lady in braids who couldn’t answer the phone or lift a finger.

Von went above and beyond the call of duty. I seen her 1+ year ago and she still has the exact same work ethic. She is extremely passionate about the work she does and it shines through. Coming to this location a second time has been the best 2 experiences I've ever had with Labcorp. I see that she is a one woman show. She handles that office all by herself. She still prevail and get the job done. If I need work done again it's definitely worth the trip to visit her location. There are several Labcorps closer to my home, but the extra travel time is totally worth it. I know I'm in good hands with her.

Horrible service. The tech is rude and very unhelpful. When I asked questions she told me she would not draw my labs and to go somewhere else. I reported her to their corporate number. By the looks of the overall score of this facility there is a lot of opportunity to improve. I can't imagine why Labcorp would put up with the tech's behavior. Most of what the patient is required to do is self service. The least the tech could do is be helpful and friendly. Many of the patients are elderly and deserve respect.

We were lucky to have been the only client when we arrived one afternoon around 3:15 PM. The one employee was quick to get the information into the computer and gave us advance notice that their lab was not in our insurance network so we could choose to make other arrangements, instead of getting stuck with a large bill after it is too late. The technician was able to draw blood easily from my wife even though she's a "hard stick" and had not had much fluids to drink.
