To the short lady with the locs and bearded lady at the front desk, you’re both miserable. If you had a problem with me running late, you should’ve turned me away. The schedule had openings for the rest of the day and I took the next spot, yet the two of you had a problem with that. No surprise—Lazy. Then you said I was a mess bc I didn’t know the name my new provider was. No ma’am. The mess is that nasty acne all over your face. Yall need to spend more time getting your self together and less time being negative.

The rudest, unqualified staff ever. They literally lied to my face and told me my order form never came when my Doctor showed me proof it was sent via fax and electronically. stay away!

Enter building B at street level then take a left when you get inside. Follow the hall around two turns and it'll be on the left. Easy check-in process. In and out quickly.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Parked in the garage parking to the right of Building / Tower A. Short walk to Building A, Entrance 3. Labcorp was inside, almost immediately to the right (next to the in-hospital Walgreens). Checked in easily with my driver's license. Was called back quickly even though I was technically late for my scheduled appointment. Blood draw seamless. Staff sufficiently kind. Subtracted one star just because I did two rounds trying to figure out the layout of the complex and where would be the best place to park, and it was annoying to set up the pay for parking by phone (total was $0.00 anyway since I was in and out so fast). Hope this review helps!

I went to the LabCorp located inside Medical City Dallas on a Saturday morning at 8am, right when they opened. There was a LONG line and I was worried it might be a long wait. But when they opened at 8am, everyone checked in via the 2 Kiosks (some people didn’t like the check-in process and left.) After check-in, the wait was only 10 minutes! So my advice is, get here early and be prepared to check-in via the Kiosk with your drivers license (they will ask for a photo of your license.) Don’t be dismayed by the long line because once you check-in, it goes very FAST!! I was done by 8:20am! WOW!

Not easy to find, the gal at the window was on cell phone, had to get her attention twice, barely looked up.

First, they seem to always close early. If you don't want to stay open until the posted time of 5 PM, then change your hours.
Second, the employees are not helpful and take their anger out on their customers. A very unpleasant experience just talking to them, but they claimed they couldn't do tests our doctor ordered.
Overall, a terrible experience. Will not be returning to this location.
