The phlebotomist who drew my blood this morning was amazing! Now, I made sure to drink a lot of water before I went but she was excellent! One stick, very little pain.

Had my bloodwork done here recently and it was the smoothest blood draw I've ever had. I always dread it, and it's been a while since I've done bloodwork. My veins didn't hide and it wasn't painful. Jessica is great, she is such a great phlebotomist!

So to start, it’s not obvious out front where the lab is, but when you go inside the main entrance of the Texas Neurology building, you won’t have trouble finding it. When it comes to blood draws, I am a terrible stick with small, squiggly veins. Oftentimes, when I tell a phlebotomist this and point them to a good vein, they ignore me and go for what they want. That was not the case here! Christina was respectful and did exactly as I asked. I know it’s no guarantee it will work for everyone, but in our case it did!
She was very welcoming, and when I thanked her for listening, she said she wants to respect the patient’s experience and only if it doesn’t work out will she do something her way. I have a feeling that if it had not worked out, she still would have been successful. She was gentle and brought peace to an experience that is usually stressful for me.
When reviews aren’t so good for lab places, I often look for the ones that give credit to the phlebotomists. In this area, many of the Labcorp reviews leave something to be desired, so I chose this spot based on the raves about the stick experiences. Those resonated with me the most.
Highly recommend, and I hope you are blessed to get the same experience that I did.

They need more people working. Takes forever to get blood work and the parking is awful. You have to download an app to pay

It’s not an easy place to find lol but I had a 10/10 experience. Ms Christina was so sweet, got me in super fast and very professional. Nothing like those people at the Methodist Richardson location!

Parking is not great, signage is awful and even though they have appointments they took 30 minutes past my appointment to simply draw blood. Horribly managed location compared to others. Go to another one. This once is terrible.

Location was a little challenging to find (inside Texas Neurology) but they were quick and the technician was kind and gentle.

In and out in 10 mins. It was wonderful and the staff was kind. I made a 9 a.m. appointment on a Wednesday. Couldn't have been easier.

It was quick and easy and the staff were great. I didn’t even make an appointment, I just walked in. I think I got lucky with the timing, but it was better than the other LabCorp I’ve been to.

I started coming here when I was going through high risk pregnancies because the phlebotomist at my OB’s office would poke me 3-4x and still not find my veins, then blamed me for being dehydrated (no kidding- I had hyperemesis). People always tell me I have tough veins, but these awesome ladies here HAVE NEVER MISSED. They are as fast as can be and always get me the first time, no matter what state I’m in. I had to finally leave nice review cause that takes some talent. Will never go anywhere else.

Our technician Cristina Garza was amazing, the service that she provided to my son (7 years old) it's wonderful. I was nervous, my son has never done this before, and he was a little nervous too, but Cristina was extremely professional and patient not just with my son but with my other little one who was present too with a lot of questions. He did took around 8 different proves and full 8 tubes for all the labs our neurologist asked. I praised her work! She is a real blessing!

Thank you Christina! I came in to give blood today and was in and out without any issues. I can’t stand needles or blood, and I normally have a pretty awful/stressful reaction.Thankfully, my nurse was Christina who was very sweet and who talked to me throughout the whole process. Seven vials later (the most I’ve had taken!) and I was walking out with no issues!

I've been twice in the last 2 weeks and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. Lab work is not fun but both phlebotomists I've had were patient, kind and experts. So thanks for this location & staff!
