The rooms are not suited if you are on a business trip. I was given Room#707 facing inside of hotel with no sunlight and room lacked proper lighting especially near the TV/workstation. Requested for a Table Lamp but could not get that too and finally had to get the room changed. I would NOT recommend it to business traveler.

No A/C. No apology. No rebate/voucher/refund.Avoid this hotel. The A/C was out and they knew about it but didn’t care. I was moved to another room but the temperature never got below 76 degrees. This is Texas - A/C is a must. I can do dusty and rude staff, but being hot in my sleep puts me over the edge.Front desk reception never made eye contact. Paid parking gate never worked. Why am I paying $20 per night for parking if I can’t get in and out when I need to. I was looking into the one and only vent in the room and you can visibly see mold in the air ducts. Also the rooms are very dated for a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels. Marriott or Bonvoy, whatever you call yourself now, do better.

This was the absolute WORSE night. I am scheduled to have a major brain surgery Tuesday and decided my husband and I needed a nice night together before this big surgery. WE COULD NOT SLEEP!!!!At some point after 10:pm the air went out in our room. With the temp set to 68, or room read 83. It was so hot and uncomfortable. My husband sleeps with a cpap machine and couldn’t use it because of his hot it was in the bathroom. We called guess services and he explained to me that there was a major flood on one of the floors and the water and air was affected. Well the water passing through the toilet turned brown. After about two hours that returned to clear but we couldn’t shower to prepare for any part of our night. He said he would send a fan.. THAT TOOK OVER AN HOUR… at 2am with being hot, it took over an hour to bring relief…. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Where I should be relaxing and enjoying the last few hours, I’m sweating at 7am to pack and get the hell out of here.AND TO MAKE IT WORSE, the water OFF!

First room one of the mattresses was completely urine stained. They moved me to another room and the table was stained from drink marks. Lighting in rooms were terrible, very dim.Woke up this morning to brown toilet water and cold water. Apparently, they had a waterleak somewhere on a higher floor, so thus the brown water. But, now there is only cold water for everyone to take showers in. We were here for the NCA cheerleaders competition. I'm very disappointed

It's a suite room, so it's nice and spacious, but the heater doesn't go any higher than 72 degrees. And I had to desiccant it all night to see if it was too dusty.

The housekeepers were so rude here. They walked in on me and my girlfriend on one occasion. They tried to rush us to checkout two days prior to our booking on another occasion, and was scolded by a supervisor for not "believing" we had a late checkout the day we left. I spent 5 days there and would never spend another one. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone looking for a longer stay somewhere. I always appreciate feeling like a valued customer anywhere I go.

Clean room, but slower check-in and one of the elevators wasn't working. Wifi said that it would charge me but didn't (and who charges for internet these days?).Got a lower-floor room and just took the stairs.

Great place and awesome staff. Very prompt to requests and with a huge convention, they had great attitudes the whole time. The elevator was broken so they directed us to the maintenance elevator so we didn't have to wait so long with only one in operation.

A little on the older side, but well cared for. Parking is paid but for no reason, it's an open lot and there was no form of validation, which is frustrating to find out after paying. One elevator was broken leading to a lot longer time to get in and out of our room.

I'm being generous with the 3 stars. The property feels like an upgraded Embassy Suites and I'm curious about its inspection history. The front desk staff is friendly, but will give anyone who asks your room #. The TV system is still running LodgeNet. The fire alarm went off while I was there. The atrium was freezing and smelled like burnt dust due to the heating system. There is one usable elevator for an 11 floor hotel because the other is being used as a service elevator. The tub in the bathroom was reglazed and it was peeling. The fabric headboard for the bed had spray bleach stains all over it. The community bath products bottles were non-functional. Either the soap or the sheets gave me a rash.

The rooms are nice, parking and directions are difficult to find.I checked in as a solo traveler, lucky for me, I had a roommate.... a few cockroaches... I was on the EIGHTH floor!!!Went to check out in the morning, no one was around.Nickel and dime things - pay for wifi and pay for parking.
