great customer service would recommend this bank to anyone never any problems at this location the employees are very nice and professional

AVOID a bank account relationship with them at ALL COSTS. My banking experience with Prosperity has been the worst banking experience of my 40 years of life. I understand local banking is different than big box banks, but Prosperity has removed all the convenience of big box banks while providing no local bank advantages.The agents and managers at the branches do everything within their power to prevent you from accessing your money, depositing money, and making payments on the mortgage you have with them.They limit the amount of funds you can DEPOSIT into your account so heavily that you can't even pay the monthly mortgage you have with them from your own account at their bank.The branch managers aren't concerned. There is no empathy or care for the undue burden they put on their customers. Rather than work with me on solutions to their self-created problems, they told me it would be easiest to just close my account and leave.After six months of suffering after opening up a home mortgage with them, I am finally taking their advice and closing the banking relationship with them.I have no kind words for the many branch agents and managers I have been forced to struggle with. I sincerely hope they are replaced with people who have at least a standard amount of respect for the customers that make their job possible.

The teller here Natasha has to be one of the Rudest and most sarcastic people I've ever had to meet in the banking industry. Went to cash a check drawn on there bank after having to wait a week so the bank could the funds delivered. Got to he bank , the first teller a little Latin lady waited on me then went to Natasha and asked her about the funds . They examined the check and then decided to say they couldn't cash it . Then said it would be. A few to cash even though drawn on there bank , reason bc I didn't have an account, the little Latin lady I believe I told you the first time which she didn't , and the manager wasn't in . Or she would've confirmed what was discussed. Lying people . Then Natasha said I could try one of other branches not willing to assist me at all . I mentioned I would give her boss a call , in which he responded quickly . I explained the situation to him , though he apologized but couldn't do anything. So now I have to wait another week to get money . Talk about inconvenience this Bank is All That . Hope all that bank here like , because after I get the money I have nothing good to say about them , at this location , except Rude ( Natasha )
