I have a small bussines and I work for a big contractor. Every time I go and cash my check they treat me like a criminal, not sure why. Just now this manager at this branch named Louise Lejeune treated me so wrong making faces to me and being so disrespectful and I ask for her supervisor information and she said she had none so is she the CEO or the owner of the whole bank? Can someone contact me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GOT O CASH MY CHECK THEY TREAT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL they always tell me the same thing they NEED to make sure the check is an honest check and not a fake check I cash the same check every week for over 4 years. Why do they treat me this way?Sometimes I'm dirty because I work in construction. Is it because I havent shower and I'm not dress nice?

Unfortunately, the staff here is extremely rude, they don't want to work and are extremely BIASED. Avoid this location at all costs! Prosperity Bank leadership please contact me about the incident I had at this location. Thank you.

With the latest additional scrutiny with the COVID crisis, Steve Puckett is well aware how to navigate the loan process terrain. Steve was a pleasure to work with through the loan process; he was actively involved with the process to ensure that we could get the loan closed on time. Over the years, this is my second refinance loan that I have worked with Steve, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Older lady that looks like a leather bag is very rude! No communication skills or even knows how to greet someone that comes to the drive thru. Can't wait for the other one to finish remodeling
