With the latest additional scrutiny with the COVID crisis, Steve Puckett is well aware how to navigate the loan process terrain. Steve was a pleasure to work with through the loan process; he was actively involved with the process to ensure that we could get the loan closed on time. Over the years, this is my second refinance loan that I have worked with Steve, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Older lady that looks like a leather bag is very rude! No communication skills or even knows how to greet someone that comes to the drive thru. Can't wait for the other one to finish remodeling

Went into this bank at 3pm and didn't get out til after 5. I provided everything the banker asked me for and she made copies of it and said you came back in chexsystems I can't open this account. She gave me chexsystems info so I stepped outside and contacted them to see what was wrong. So i got that done and went back inside. Then my address was a problem so went to my car and got more documents for her to copy. So she said it was good. So she started to work on opening the account. After entering all the information in she told me to get deposit out of the ATM which charged me $3.00 and I gave it to her she walked in the back and came out and said her manager wanted to review the information first and she already left for today. Still getting nothing but the run around. She then gave me a card with her info and said she would call me First thing tomorrow. I waited until 11 and called her and she said she would not be able to get it open due to my address. Which I gave her physical and mailing address. If my address was the problem why have me withdraw money and be charged for ATM fee to tell me my address is the reason we couldn't move forward. I Feel like I was profiled and cheated by this bank. So I'm very unhappy with my experience here.
