Avoid this LensCrafters at all costs. I got a new prescription in November and went in to get a new pair of frames in addition to changing out the lenses in some existing frames. From confusion about insurance benefits to eventually breaking a pair of my vintage Prada frames, I have had to go back and forth to the store at least ten times over the last five months. The store manager never seems to be there, and the other employees (especially the lab) seem to just want to do everything as quickly and cheaply as possible. They just want your money. They don't care about doing a good job or doing the right thing. They eventually wore me down and I have just given up now. I am extremely upset that they broke my frames and now I'm stuck with this cheap replacement that their lab manhandled. And no one there seems to care at all. I will never go back and you should avoid them too.

It was my first time in the store and first time buying glasses in-person in I don’t even know how long, and I had such a great time! Zoe is a superstar, we had a hoot and a holler; I appreciated her opinions and honesty, not only when it came to frames and whether or not they suited me, but lens options as well. Jesse’s presence and input were also very much appreciated. Will definitely be back, beyond picking up my new glasses.

I went in to adjust my frames. The lady that attended to me was very nice and respectful. She took her time to help me and didn't even mind that the frames wasn't theirs. Great place! They have nice selection if frames and great service.I'll definitely be back for some new specs!

This my first and last visit at this location and I'm very upset. Contact and glasses are very blurry. Return to let them know I can't see out these glasses for them to say I need a better lens and it will cost additional $200. Why would u suggest something that literally doesn't work for the person eyes. Suggested what right and better, you are the expert. Doctor say come back in for a $50 to re-examine . I never had issues in 10 years with lens crafters but now I do!!! Going back to my original location this one sucks.

I had a great experience and close to closing at that! I bent my glasses horribly and needed them fixed ASAP as I was on my last pair of contacts! Walked in at about 7:23 and was helped without any issues or any disgruntlements! I mean I’m leaving at 7:32 and Natasha even said have a great night! She was happy to help, especially coming in so close to closing. It was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! thank you so much!!

Came in to fix my sunglasses and Jesse was extremely courteous and helpful. Ended up exceeding all my expectations and even helped me find a new pair of sunglasses for my wife. Will definitely come back for my next pair.

Today ,I received the most excellent customer service and care at LensCrafters. I needed my eyeglasses to be repaired and the young gentleman at the customer service desk quickly had my eyeglasses repaired. I greatly appreciate the wonderful professionalism that I received today at LensCrafters and I highly recommend their services!!

Jesse was very pleasant to deal with in helping me purchase new lenses for frames that I brought in. Unfortunetly when I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance. I discovered that I was over charged by 28% percent. I called the store and spoke with the manager Jessica and she said it was an IT issue and would give me a call back. Despite not following up with me, I had to call back multiple times during the week and I was finally able to get a refund from Jessica for the overcharged amount.
