Unless your family has extra money saved for funeral/final expenses, DO NOT USE THEM.... My Aunt passed away over a month ago & these people are telling me 2-3 more weeks. Same thing I've been told EVERY TIME I call claims dept. HEARTLESS company is all I can think of. Calling around to my family to make sure no policies floating around that need to be taken up with a better/trusted company!!

I chose to cancel this place because of all the other negative complaints that people made regarding trying to get their family member buried. I don't want this to be a burden for my family.

Do NOT WORK FOR THESE CLOWNS.It's an MLM. I write over 30k in AV a month and have RESCUED many agents from LBL. They kept all their residuals too. SNAKES!!!

Decided to get the policy because we like to ride our motorcycles and if anything were to happen we would be out of work for a while. Well, shortly after signing up (which the sales guy made it seem SO simple to file a claim) i wrecked on my motorcycle. Wasn’t going very fast but it still hurt for a couple days and the dr said i had a mild concussion. Well, turns out almost 2 weeks after signing up and them taking my payment they finally had a policy number so i could make my claim. Did so within a day and here we are… over a month later and now the agent who sold us the policy isn’t answering our calls and we have yet to receive the check that was “being processed” 2 weeks ago. And then he said they wait to pay out until we have made our 2nd payment due to fraud….. uuummmm…. I sent in the ER notes from the dr and everything- how could it be fraud? Also, quick to take my money but not to pay out my claim…. Yeah. Going back to Aflac. They are way nicer, more responsive and i cab do everything on an app and get the payments direct deposited. This company is a joke!

I'm an agent. They are nice to do business with. Wish their underwriting was a little looser in some areas, but all in all good company.

They were sending me in circles. Then after a year of waiting, they deny my claim and send me out someone else's information. Very disappointed in the treatment from this company so far.
