While walking in the Galleria Mall, I had decided to visit Lits to see what kind of cap or skullcap I could find for the 49ers. As I reached the door, I noticed a rack displaying both Kansas City Chiefs and 49ers merchandise. Surprisingly, all the 49ers caps were placed at the bottom. It's unclear who thought that would be a good idea, but I won't be purchasing any today. Somebody really didn't think that through.

Im seeing a lot of bad reviews on customer experiences. I got a custom embroidered cap as a gift and the sticker said it was a 7 1/2 but the tag under the hat labeled 7 1/8. The employees told me they could not exchange or replace or refund. Buyer beware. Quality control 1/5

Went into the store about 10 minutes prior to close, they were swamped. The staff was very patient and got everyone out the door as fast as possible. We were waiting on our hats to finish getting embroidered and a “gentleman” came to the door well after 8:15pm when the store closed at 8:00. He began to get very angry and targeted an employ working the register. The guy started requesting the cashier give him his name and rep ID. The cashier, was actually the manager, his name was Daniel. The outraged customer said that he should let him in because he was a long time customer. He was getting so angry I was scared to exit the store. The entire staff remained calm even though the guy continued to threaten them and state he was making sure that they would be in trouble. It was very hard for myself to refrain from engaging in the banter as he was just so brazen and full of threats. When we were leaving the gentleman made the statement “he will be in trouble for shutting that door in my face”. I was there and they did not shut the door in his face it was completely closed and locked well before he walked up. So sad to see someone so angry and willing to risk someone’s job.
