I am a long term customer with AAA and seeing a huge decline with there customer care skills and NOT properly trained representatives. I have a local office closer to me and prefer to reach out to Karen as they also LACK the AMAZING qualities that Karen exudes and prefer to deal with representatives that care about there clients. Karen should be in a position to train the other AAA reps and I have encountered so many that are not professional or don't always provide the correct information or seem like they don't care.
