Brittni and Tom at this Montfort location went above and beyond customer service and the security and verification process of keeping my unit extra secured and protected while I left the country was beyond expectation. They ensured me and stood behind their word til I returned. Also when I returned they changed my latch due to little bend in it and also changed weatherstrip on door to keep my stuff secure and dry as well. And also updated me thru the whole process with their calls and emails. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them and working with this location. Thank you Brittni and Tom again

Wow! I am blown away by the service that Brittney and Tom provided. The way they helped guide me through a complex issue with grace and skilled knowledge. Although I am aware that there are other ES locations nearby, I strongly recommend storing at this location.
