Got off the phone after speaking to management about a rate increase. They were able to bring it down a bit to a more digestible rate instead (going up $25) after it initially went up about $70. I know it’s not up to them, so I’m not mad at them. Everything seems to be getting more expensive, but they’ve been helpful and very kind. Thanks, Cesar!

Updated my review from several months ago: facility is still very clean, even in this warmer weather. The staff at the office is very friendly and present; they even offered me a water bottle while out and about. My rate has gone up a a bit since then, but I was able to work with management to bring it down some. I only need my units for a few months more, but still good so far.

Easy to setup and easy closure of my unit. The App works great so no issues using code to get into an out of the unit. The physical facility is very clean, I was always able to access a dolly/cart and the place is truly airconditioned so your valuable stuff is maintained at a perfect temperature. The was super nice and professional. The unit price was excellent. I will be back.

Great space for climate storage. Property is always clean, never had any issues. I highly recommend love that they have carts to help with loading your stuff to your units makes it alot easier to move.

A storage complex is one of the last places I expected to leave a positive review but I’ve been consistently and pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service here. Caleb and his team keep going out of their way to help me out. The facility is also clean and easily accessible. I was recommended this location by a friend and would gladly pass along that recommendation to anyone else.
