First my ticket was rescheduled the evening before without explanation. The new time didn’t work so I reached out to reschedule and received new tickets with no apologies for my disappointment. Now they are cancelled and again give no reason and reply back to everyone with the same robot responses. Please come back for our next experience. No no I won’t.

We have planned and looked forward to this trip for several weeks. We took off the day of work on Monday June 19th and bought 10 tickets for our family and little ones to go. We were emailed at 5:15 Friday before letting us know that we have been canceled and we were reschedule for 7 days later. (a day I havent taken off work) There is NO explanation of WHY, and I'm left with a day of where I lose 275.00 of pay between my wife and I in order to pay for 350.00 for 10 tickets! We have NOT been offered our money back as of yet, but that's just a small part of the problem. When you plan for something like this that far out in advance, they should hold to their promise. If I wanted to change my day or time, they would have charged me 100 to change all our tickets!! Such a huge let down and disappointment! Be careful what you sign up for, they might let you down too...

Event: Disney Immersive ExperienceThis building was very easy to locate in Dallas. Parking was great. Parking was very self-sufficient, by using an app to scan on your phone. You could pay for your parking right there. There were several different entrances and exits to the building both in the front and in the back to make the handicap accessible parking more convenient.Once you are in the building, it is very clean and refreshing. The people for this event were very welcoming, I don’t know if they are regular employees of this building or not, but they were very welcoming. They were very informative and very helpful with instructions and directions. All in all the building seemed to be very clean and well-maintained. It made the event even more enjoyable. This review is for the building itself, not for the event.#KristinaWrites

Loved it!! Just make sure people turn off the lights on the cameras! VERY distracting.

Was not worth the $30/person (or you can upgrade to the vip version $50 which is the same experience only without the designated time slot, and a free seat cushion); remember that immersive does not mean interactive: it is a beautiful show that is worth the experience; I expected more for the experience….

The Van Gogh experience was amazing! Plus, the employees were incredibly sweet. There were areas to take pictures and everyone got a sunflower. The thing I loved most was that they had a sign posted to warn patrons that the lights may trigger seizures, also offering earplugs for those sensitive to noise. As an autistic person with sensory processing disorder, seeing such meaningful resources made me feel like my presence was wanted and valued, which is a rare feeling in public spaces. We had a great time and the art was very moving. Eager to go back for Monet!

The Immersive Monet was absolutely beautiful. The music, the detail, the transitions, the production, the brushstrokes, the colors, the entire thing was wonderful. I can’t wait to see the Van Gogh.

We went for the Van Gogh exhibit and it was absolutely amazing. The Monet exhibit was also very good. Although the gift shop hadnt changed at all really with the new exhibit which was kinda lame.Third update: We went for the King Tut exhibition and it was actually so cool. The narration was a great addition and the guft shop had finally changed! We actually got a few things unlike last time!

It was awesome, BUT, if I'm honest, I must say the other one in Arlington was better because it was more interactive, more history, a lot to learn about Van Gogh, there was coloring for kids, those goggle thingies you put on that makes things seem like you are there, but this instead of a game, was a great story about Van Gogh. Very cool! You did feel like you were in it for sure! So that's my take on it. I didn't think either that it was that short and nothing else or no history or anything.

Depends on the show. Van Gogh was amazing. Monet was just ok. King Tut was absolutely horrible. What you expect and what you see are two different things. On top of that, the gift shop as become a flea market. They are selling off everything at cheap prices, which angers me for what I use to pay just a few months ago when visiting Van Gogh. Save your money and google King Tut.

I felt like I had to make an account to write this review and save others from wasting their time and money. Do. Not. Go. To. King. Tut. Having looked forward to this for weeks, I can truly say it was the biggest let down. 3 rooms. 1 empty, 1 with a show that makes no sense, 1 with as a previous review put it "random mirror sticks" which were actually the best part even though they had nothing to do with the so called experience. Everyone kept looking around after the "show" to see the rest... but there was nothing more. Not a single artifact.Quote from my dad when we got in the car: "I would of rather stayed at work."Currently mourning the $80 I could have spent on so many other things...
