Transmission in my Chevy was slipping and I had talked to several people in the area about who to take it to. So many people credited Locomotion Automatic Transmission to be a great place to have the work done and very reliable so I found them on Google Maps and called to schedule the appointment. Great service and very down home local people who care about my needs. Car is now fixed and its like driving a new car again! i would tell anyone to go to Locomotion Automatic Transmission if they need work done!Thanks guys!!!

Do not take your car to these people, they will rob you blind. They charge you for parts they don't install ( Its Theft ) They also low ball there initial repair quotes then they handcuff you with a bunch of up charges. If you are thinking about using these crooks it will be your loss. See you in court Meemo !!!

Locomotion Automatic Transmission takes great care of us. They have great people working there and are always honest. We don’t go anywhere else because they actually care about doing right by their customers. And on top of being awesome, they are actually really good at what they do!

This shop is amazing. Hands down the best transmission shop I've dealt with. They're honest, and exteremely straight forward. They have never tried to sell us on parts and maintenance that we don't need. They're also fast and reliable. Memo is great with keep up good communication and walking us through the process, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I had high hopes for this place but had a really lame experience. Came in Saturday and asked about the free diagnostic. They told me they were getting ready to close and I should come back Tuesday first thing. Monday was Labor Day. Came in first thing in the morning. The lady at the front counter told me to fill out a sheet explaining what the issue was. IThey told me it was going to be half a day to give a written diagnosis. Cool. Leave them keys and head out. As the day went on I was curious about the status of my truck. I called about 4 in the afternoon to check on it. Someone picked up and said they had not gotten to it yet. Bad sign. So I get to the shop around 5:30. Nobody had called and the front desk lady didn’t seem to remember or care. She called the guy who was supposed to do the diagnosis. I could hear him ask her what was written on the sheet of filled out earlier. He then said it would need to be rebuilt but that my truck was a very problematic year. All I heard was I’m not confident in my work so I’m setting the bar super low by giving you a million reasons why it’s not going to be my fault when it breaks down. Asked for the estimate on paper. Didn’t have one. Gave me a range from 1200 to 1700. Went to go grab my truck which was blocked in. Cold to the touch. Nobody ever even touched my truck all day. Never coming back.

Ok, I didn’t even get my transmission repaired here in the end, because after Locomotion Transmission performed a full diagnostic and evaluation on my 2012 BMW 740i, I decided I would trade it in for something newer. However, I couldn’t go without saying that my visit was a very pleasant experience. They are very knowledgeable, professional and have excellent customer service.I hope I won’t have to, but if I ever need transmission work done on my car, I’ll be looking them up.

I’m an older female and always feel the car place is ripping me off. Not Locomotion. They explained and was so patient with me. Professional, courteous and very reasonable price. I needed some additional work that they dont offer. He explained what I needed and even drew a picture so that I could go to another place armed with knowledge. Thank you.

ReviewMy expirence with Locomotion Transmission was a good one. They were friendly and diagnosed the problem with my truck's transmission in less than two hours. They called me with a quote that was very reasonable and then got to work on my truck. I had it back that same week. I would reccomend Locomotion to anybody that needs transmission work on their vehicle.
