When the rug was delivered we found it had a black melted area through the packaging and through the rug backing. The service rep sent me a pre filled out form (another customers info on it) and kept insisting she didn’t know what my problem was with filling it out. I’m so upset. I eyed a Lolol rug for months because I loved it so much but the price tag was hefty because I’m a single mom. I bought it and within three months the threads were snagging and pulling up in large groups around the edges. I contacted the company I bought from and they contacted Loloi and loloi said there’s nothing they can do. I have rugs that are years old and in perfect condition but this loloi rug fell apart in 3 months (not worth the price point for me) and was more expensive than my others. Truly disappointing.

The rugs are beautiful but the odor is awful. I am struggling trying to get these smelly rugs back to the vendor I purchased the rug from. They have a horribly musty smell.

I'm obsessed with our new rug! It is so incredibly soft and goes perfect with the living room. We have a pretty big space, so it was incredibly difficult to find a rug in the right size and color. Luckily, Loloi had tons of options to chose from. Also arrived in a very timely fashion, which is rather out of the norm nowadays. I loved this rug so much we decided to order a few more for the dining room and bedrooms. Can't wait for all of them to arrive. Would highly recommend Loloi to anyone looking for a new rug!

We ordered a few rugs three years ago that have held up very well and have gotten us a ton of compliments. We moved and decided to order a few more loloi rugs. We went larger this time and they are still great quality with really cool designs. We really liked being able to choose specific designs and colors that went well with our space. They definitely have a ton of options to choose from.They really help tie the space together and will definitely order more loloi rugs when we get a bigger space in the next several years!

Could not LOVE Loloi rugs more. They have the best quality with the widest selection. I always get asked where my rugs came from and they are always Loloi. Also best customer service I have ever ever experienced!

Very unhappy with my experience purchasing a Loloi rug. I purchased the Norabel rug via online. When it came, it was wrapped in 2 layers of plastic. When I took it out of the plastic, I was hit with this horrible smell. But, I was so excited about the rug because it matched the intended room perfectly, which was difficult based on the color choices, so I tried my best to make it work. I unrolled the rug, placed it in a spare bedroom, opened the windows, closed the door, and left it there for a week. The smell never really went away, but I thought I could work with it and it would eventually dissipate, which it never did. Fast forward 3 months, one morning I see a stain under my chair, which is odd, because there was no way I could have spilled anything on the rug in that place, or near it. When I moved the rug, I discovered that it was actually mold, not a stain. This explained the smell and also the varied health issues I had started having ever since I put the rug in that room -- difficulty breathing, hives, lethargy, headaches, muscle soreness, and stomach issues. I immediately removed the rug from the room and contacted the vendor from whom I bought the rug. They went back and forth with Loloi for over a week, with Loloi refusing to reimburse me for the defective product because I did not notify them within the first 7 days of mold that took 3 months to appear. In fact, their final message was to "take it to a professional cleaner. They might be able wash and dry to remove the mold." This, to me, indicates they are acknowledging the rug, yet still refusing to do anything about it. So, BUYER BEWARE! Poor company and extremely poor customer service. This is just money down the drain, as this rug is now on it's way to the dump. If you make the mistake of ordering a Loloi rug and it comes with a horrible smell, return it RIGHT AWAY!

I purchased a Loloi rug from Rugs Direct. The rug that was shipped was poorly dyed - looks like a second. Rugs Direct said Loloi told them that there were variations in color and they were not going to accept the return. The attached picture is clearly not a variation in color. The rug that was sent to me showed a distinct line of color - 1/3 being darker than 2/3. Loloi does not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered a Loloi rug in the past and they obviously do not care about customer loyalty.

I do not recommend this company. We have a hide rug that has come apart at the seams in less than 3 months. They are not backing their product and it is obviously a workmanship issue. I have another hide rug from RH that is holding up perfectly. I will not buy from this company again. Their customer service is poor because they blamed the issue on my dog or vacuum or that it is a high traffic area. None are true. Terrible workmanship and customer service.
