I've been living at London Park for 10 months now, and it’s been a great experience. Lisa and Cathy were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the leasing process—I called with so many questions before signing, and they were always happy to assist. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, and the trees in the complex don’t shed during winter, making walks around the property enjoyable year-round. The pool is well-maintained, 8 feet deep, and the gym, while small, always has enough space since it’s rarely crowded. The bedrooms have large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the rooms feel cozy and comfortable. Although the buildings are older and come with occasional issues, the management team is very responsive and fixes problems almost immediately. I also feel very secure here, with a gated entrance that can be controlled via a mobile app—super convenient! Plus, it’s close to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Target, and plenty of great restaurants. Overall, I’m really happy with the management and the complex!

Been dealing with ROACHES do not move here !!!!! I clean almost everydayy and Have spent well over 100$ in pest control on our own because they put down Walmart traps and say they come spray .. you get charged for pest control and still no one comes out . I’ve talked to MUTIPLE people from this complex and they all can not get rid of the roaches . Thank god our lease is up in September .

We recently rented a townhome at London Park Apartments, and we are very satisfied with the treatment we received from the office staff, especially Cathy and Lisa. It exceeded our expectations. The leasing staff is very professional, and Cathy has been very nice to us. I recommend this community to everyone.

First they show me a very nice condo and make me apply because it was good price for 2 bedroom condo 1465$
i was very very disappointed because Linda called me day after and saying that that condo is not available they give it to someone else for higher price point i guess and funny part is when i ask when they refund my deposit it will take 30 days to refund woow when they charge you two second but refund takes 30 days i am going to wait and let see when they will refund my money back but i would say stay away from this complex its not good for you or anyone who is looking for decent apartment complex big disappointment and heart break for me

My job transfered to Texas from Oklahoma city and I've been living in a Hotel for over a month now. I drove by the London Park Apartments and I saw the sign out front about available units, so I went online and requested a tour and got it scheduled for a couple of hours after the request. I was greeted by Cathy, who was very friendly and had great energy. She showed me the unit that I requested to see and even though the units are a little older, it was well maintained and had new carpet. I noticed that the complex was very nice and quiet and gated, and also comes with one free coverd parking space, and free cable. Once I finish up my application and get approved, I'll come back and update this review. M.Alexander. l

The apartment is very small, most of the lights don't work, the kitchen lights are also broken. Not to mention that Lesa, the women who works in the front office is incredibly rude, and always gives an attitude. Trust me you can find a better place to live than this.

I checked online and the apartments looked so nice. I made an appointment to see them. When i came in i dont know but the stares i got from
The 2 white ladies was like what the heck are you doing here? They did not smile or welcome me in any way. It was so awckward. I knew then i didnt want to live in a place where if i have any issues i have to deal with them. They seemed a little racist and not very friendly. Well the apartment looked run down. Smelled dirty and the electrical looked like it needs work and like it might cause a fire. The apartment looked nothing like online. Too expensive for what you are getting. The lady only offered me one apartment even though online it shows multiple apartments available. I kept asking for other apartments but she refused. The apartment did not look updated and said they all look the same and that she only has this apartment available. I dont believe her. And the city should look at their electrical because it made noises when turning light on and off.

I was searching for a new apartment to rent in North Dallas. I found London Park Apartments which is affordable and quiet. Cathy and Lisa in the office were very professional and patient throughout the entire leasing application process. The apartment is centrally located near Addison, while also ideally located centrally in Dallas Fort Worth for easy highway access to other cities. The other Google reviews noted that London Park is a quiet, well-maintained, older community. The surrounding area includes condominiums, residential homes, a country club with condos, and expensive rental apartments. There is nearby entertainment in Addison, Plano in the North, and Uptown a few miles South. Overall, London Park appears to be a nice, quiet community, centrally located, and my experiences thus far with the office management, Cathy and Lisa, have been great and very professional. I would recommend others searching for a new, quiet apartment to consider London Park. Hope this Google review helps someone.

Horrible service after making excuses and trying to find the absolute unreasonable excuses. They dont respond and very unethical. And Lisa doesn’t care where she is supposed to be in charge she just ask me to take my complaints elsewhere

Lisa is such a horrible worker. They do not even answer their phones. and they did not like my accent when I talk. This is so bad. I am so disappointed in this place.

Only been here a few days but so far I am really pleased. The complex is very clean and the office staff are so sweet. Cathy is so helpful and honestly just so sweet. This is an older complex so you get that cozy home feeling.

It's been great living here for the past 4 years. It's a guiet neighborhood. Ms Lisa the leasing manager is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, very professional . I've only had 2 maintenance issues and the response or turnaround time was extremely fast. I will definitely recommend London Park Apartments
