I paid $385 + to file an amended tax return. Cynthia helped me. I didn't receive about player work. Called and the number was disconnected. I'm reporting them to the BBB and IRS for fraud. Very disappointed. Where's my money?

My aunt and uncle filed their tax return with this tax place on May 25, 2021 and till this day have not received their tax refund - why you ask - well because when they electronically filed the tax return it was rejected by the IRS because your employees put the wrong social security number for my aunt. To this day they have never been contacted regarding this mistake you all made and no corrective action has ever been taken. Oh but you sure did take the $530 for your fee. Will be reporting them to the BBB and IRS.

I did my taxes with Cynthia last year and I'm amazed on how professional and knowledgeable she is. I have had bad experiences with other tax preparers in the past. But she was on top of everything I even got more than what she estimated for me. I did them again this year and I will continue to use her in the future. :)

Very un professional worst customer service ever, Consuelo Screamed at me and refused to hand me any documents of my tax return i would be reporting her to the IRS and the whole company would be under review.

My father in law did taxes here and 3 months go by no refund when he calls the office no answer or straight to voicemail.. we drive by no one here despite their “hours” this place is a fraud.. when calling the cell phone on file some guy answers and says he hasn’t worked here.. the office number is a waste goes to a voicemail that’s not set up so you can’t even leave a message! What a sham! Better business bureau will be hearing about this! Wonder how many other people have been scammed. If I could I’d leave zero stars!
