You need to fire Sarah Fausto , the general manager didn’t resolved the issue , where we had table all night , and in the middle of evening , the weird guy came steal our chair , get really bad language with us , we called the general manager and when Sarah came , instead of resolved the conflict she protect the guy who abuse 3 girls .The owner should fire the Manager who is so rasist .

Great place to go grab cocktails & sushi open til midnight Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Highly recommend this lounge.

They triple charged my friends!! They were literally making up charges !! We asked for a receipt and they refused to give it to us. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Awful experience. Waited in line for over two hours and they only let you in if you know someone. A waste or time for a mediocre establishment.

The best Expresso martinis. Good vibes. But only the strong can drink 3. Jitters will kick in within hrs up to 10hrs. Don't freak out. If you decide to drink those take Vitamin C & B complex. This will help the body tremendously. But really anytime you are drinking by the ounces, lol!

Love lounge 31! It is excellent spot for brunch and late night drinks! Very nice lounge, good variety of sushi, fresh food and great drinks! They have such yummy Espresso Martini that is real deal. If you're looking for fresh & actually Espresso Martini this is the place! The service is always on point and attentive as well. Dj usually thru Thursday-Sunday Awesome drinks Food is excellent Nice service & atmosphere

Love coming here, such a great vibe. Faith was our server and she was so kind and attentive. We got chicken potstickers and sushi rolls for the appetizers. We got complimentary truffle fries which was unexpected and a table favorite! The shrimp tempura with imitation crab was absolutely amazing. For entree we got the Bistro burgers, branzino & roasted chicken. Everyone loved their dish.

On our very first visit we were greeted as if we had been coming to Lounge for years.The vibe is energizing and the service is authentic and kind.We absolutely love their Gm Sarah, the assistant Gm Shannon and Michael who oversees the property!Craft cocktails at their best and Sushi that’s fresh and delicious.Service is unparalleled to most places!Enjoy as we do!Can’t wait to be treated like royalty this evening for New Years.A little birdie told me they have a few spots left.Boon them know as they won’t last for long!J&B

Just had drinks on a a Friday night. What a fun vibe. A great DJ played awesome music. Great selection of wines and drinks. The waitress was great. Will be back. Had a fun time.

We visited this place on a Friday evening, hoping to enjoy some post-dinner drinks. Although we were not intoxicated, party of three, we were surprisingly told by the door staff that they couldn't serve us alcohol and he turned us away. Despite being significantly older than the individual who attended to us, I couldn't help but feel out of place or perhaps judged by our age. Not cool enough for the nighttime crowd? The experience felt rather discourteous, and I'll never return.
