I just took my car here for the first time and I’ll certainly be back. They provide great quality at great prices. They were also super quick and were able to treat my car the same day. I had to drop my car off during non-business hours, but they called me as soon as they opened to go over the diagnosis and pricing prior to repairing. Highly recommend!!

Randy was super sweet! I kept hearing a fast ticking/clicking noise every time I accelerated. And of course the one time I have the mechanic ride along with me, my car stops making the noise. Randy still assured me they would still check it out. I know it can be intimating as a girl taking in your car alone. But Randy validated my concern and assured me they would check it out. The mechanic already had an idea of what it was and turns out he was correct. They had my car in out within two days and never heard the noise again! They also gave me a very fair price for my Porsche, which you don't see that too often. Overall I'm extremely grateful to Randy and his team. I've heard great things about his reputation and I can assure you he really lives up to it!

I was headed to Love Field to pick up my childhood friends for a girls' weekend. On my way, I hit debris on the highway. I made it to the airport but the plastic undercarriage was practically all ripped off and dragging. I took my car to Love Field Auto. Keith took my keys and put it right up on the lift. He and another worker tried to reattach it, but it was too far gone! He took it off, checked to make sure everything was okay and said we were good to go. You just do not find that type of customer care anymore! We were so thankful for being treated so kindly!

Love Field Auto is consistently honest with me and provides quality service that can be relied upon at very good prices. Randy Newbury always takes good care of me, explains what needs to be done to my vehicle, delivers diagnoses that are accurate, and never tries to gouge me. I highly recommend Love Field Auto as a trusted place to go to for car repairs. The only thing I don't like about Love Field is that they don't have a radio show like Car Talk.

Before I knew of this place I went to two locals to save money. Well you get what you pay for cheap prices for terrible work. Love Field Auto got it right the first time. Loved the service! Also loved that I am now at ease and I have the confidence in the work done (stressed free about it all).
They worked on a 15 Nissan Rogue.

There’s nothing fun about having your car worked on, but Randy and his team have always been so good about fitting me in. They do a great job. They are reasonably priced and provide a quick turnaround.

Honest and very reliable auto repair shop. You want great customer service and honest work done then Lovefield Auto is the place to go, if you take your vehicle in they will be honest with you and tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and not try and upsell you something you don't need.

Went to Love Field Auto because of the online reviews. I have my own engine diagnostic so I knew my check engine light was an oxygen sensor. Randy also found that I needed new CV joints. Cost me $1300 and was out of there Tuesday evening. The check engine light came back on the next day on Wednesday. Randy had me bring it back in on Friday and on the way home the check engine came back on again. Do not recommend unless you want to spend a lot of money to not have your issue resolved.
