Terri and local receptionist fantastic. Ownership and upper management not so much. Continuously jack up prices with no improvement of facilities or services. Minimal climate control for the almost 3 years I used their storage and rat droppings throughout furniture and household items stored there. One of my units was broken into twice. Glad to be gone.

I will say we’ve been with them over a year. They are really well organized, only complaint I’d ever say is the changing rates going from $70 to $150 but Dallas is a big city. Other than that I’d recommend! I have a climate controlled unit and never had any problems.
