I called to report some missing items from the lawn and garden department. I was passed from customer service and the garden department for 30 minutes. Two different employees answered the phone; one acted as if he couldn't hear me and hung up. The other pick up, said he was handing the phone to the manager only to hang up in my face.

Good place, variety of brands in terms of tools, variety of prices, good competition from The Homer Depot. But it should have more models of tools (drills, saws, air guns, hand tools, etc.)

Me and my father went to go ask for help to pay a bill unfortunately my father lost his card Leonard that works in the customer service was rude and unprofessional had no patient to assist. Thankfully another lady was there to assist us with the questions we had. If i could give him a negative star i would.

The team here is very helpful with recommendations and add-ons. I didn't catch everyone's names, however, Jeff was the one we spent the most time with. He is truly a pleasure to interact with. He is personable and knows how to bring a smile to someone's face. He was very patient with my parents and I on our toilet purchase since we don't know anything about toilets haha but he was there for us and made us feel welcomed along with the rest of the team. We noticed his veteran vest but forgot to thank him for his service! Thank you for your service Jeff! 😊😊.

The manager of this store is a rude person , he was las night thursday december 19 2024 around 6 pm unfortunately I forgot asking his name I was so mad , I try to return a item ( miter saw ) this saw was used and incomplete when I open the box I saw this I have to finish a project so I don't have time to go back to lowes immediately and this guy told me to why I waiting 5 hors for return the saw and asking me for the missing thing , obviously that is reason I take to return I want the saw but new and complete because I pay for that and I don't receive whe I get from this store and don't looking for the money or tricks lowes and then I went to another LOWES and completely different they help me and now I have my saw. Is just this manager from this store that he don't deserve his job and thanks for the help that I received from Lowes online
