As far as the rest of the store buy store nice people but it's not worth the One bad Apple to go back to that tree

I visited Lowe’s recently to purchase a few items and noticed a promotion on a product I intended to buy. I decided to sign up for the Lowe’s store card and membership to take advantage of the advertised 20% discount. After my approval, I was issued a 20% off coupon intended for immediate use.
At checkout, the coupon appeared not to apply, as the total remained unchanged. A tall, slim African American associate, who was courteous and genuinely trying to help also noticed that the price didn’t adjust after scanning the coupon. He attempted to resolve the issue and called the manager, Rick, twice. It took nearly 10 minutes for Rick to arrive.
Unfortunately, Rick’s demeanor was aggressive, unprofessional and disappointing. He was dismissive, extremely rude, condescending toward his fellow associate, and made no effort to explain the issue clearly. Rather than calmly informing me that the 20% discount would apply post-purchase via the receipt (which I later learned), he repeatedly said, “Pay with the card,” without elaboration. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive, and the entire interaction felt rushed and disrespectful.
This experience was not only confusing but also frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming. I’ve never been a brand loyalist, but after this visit, I will be canceling the membership I just signed up for and taking my business to Home Depot, even though it’s farther away. Respectful service and competent management are well worth the extra time and distance.
Rick if you are reading this, please take a shower and put on some deodorant, on top of the terrible service, your body odor was also offensive, which further contributed to the overall negative experience.
This visit left a lasting impression and unfortunately, not a good one.

Have gotten stingy with price match. No w only matches exact brand. Of course most of their brands are only sold at Lowe's so it's impossible.

Yevette on the Delivery Team and Kyle on the Sales Team came together this morning and rushed on last minute materials onto the delivery truck and had our driver deliver materials right on time!

Some staff looked my way and didn’t crack a smile or warmly receive me. I am a stickler for exceptional guest engagement, and expect premium guest services. Team members don’t understand that even their most subtle actions can affect an entire company, industry, and nation. Treat everyone with care, fairness,respect, and understanding and your cup will runneth over with windfall profits and unexpected abundance, and job security. I choose wisely based on those tenets. Otherwise, an average Lowes experience.

Where shall I begin? Ah yes, delivery day! It was back in 2021. Obviously Lowe’s contracted some sleezball third party delivery service. Two guys who looked like they were hired off the street delivered my refrigerator. After damaging my kitchen door jamb and leaving marks on the floor they left. After they had gone I noticed a portable speaker I had in my kitchen was missing. I reported this to the store manager or assistant manager, I forget which. Anyway this person took my report nonchalantly as though this sort of thing happens regularly. He said that he’d look into it. I left my contact information but never heard a word back from him or Lowe's corporate. I purchased a Lowe’s protection plan for the fridge that clearly states that “failures of a product as a accidental damage (such as drops, collisions, liquid spills, structural breaks and cracks” are covered. When I recently submitted a claim because of a dropped and cracked door shelf it was denied. I had to go through the phone/online service/contact us run around b.s. to find it out. I will never set foot in nor spend a dime at a Lowe’s ever again. Nor will I ever again throw my money away on a Samsung product.
