Stoped by this store trying to get a blind cut. An associate walking by and I asked him if he could help. He said no and walked away. Then he came back and pushed my cart, "do you want me throw these into trash?" He looked at me. I thought he was joking. But after a few words I realized this guy was drunk and hateful. Don't know why he is employed here.

Rude!! Just waited 40 plus minutes for helpNo one would help. When I asked for the store managers information the very rude guy at customer service told me they do not give that out, refused to give me corporate number as well. Why treat people this way? Is it cause im a female. #horrible

One of the staffs in the Kitchen department was talking to me over phone, Suddenly he said he got another customer, he wanted to end his conversation with me to take care of the other customer and he promised to call me back later.I'm still waiting for his call back, no return call yet. It has been 3 days. I am sure he is very busy and a very hard working man. But, Based on that experience I couldn't rate more than 3 stars. Sajjad.

I installed all my stones in my backyard doing everything myself when Covid hit and they were so helpful every single time I went. They loaded all the paving sand, rocks, and stones in the back of my truck for me every time. So friendly and helpful.

Bought a dishwasher, bought materials and installation services. Lowes took a week to schedule installation. Guy came in, saw 6 stairs, and said he cannot do it, and they had to charge me extra. He left. I had an hour long typical runaround of typical senserily "nobody cares" customer service departments. Canceling the order. Wasted half a day. Did not expect that from Lowes!

Jose, at the Lowe’s 19210 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75252Is the best associate that has ever existed. He was very helpful one of my tools that I purchased was made wrong at the factory and he made sure that I was taken care of. He’s a standup guy absolutely incredible. It was a painless experience. He has great customer service skills.I have to say I don’t know him. I demanded that you write down sales and ID because I wanted to give credit to him at this store. Even though I made my purchase at the Lowe’s on beltline.Please endeavor to promote Jose. He’s doing a great job.

Lowes is a great place, usually pretty good help. When I used my store refund gift card, they required a scan of my driver's license! Really? Information abuse and potential for hackers imo. I was also told that my wife couldn't even use my refund card when I asked why they required this.

My review is based on my experience getting my kitchen renovated through this store and how it is still not resolved. Never using Lowe's for any of my renovation needs outside of supplies.It all began in February when I was recommended to do a virtual design since I wasn't able to come in-store. A designer named Kyle helped me. In the beginning, everything was fine and Lowe's promised that they had electricians, plumbers, and everything I needed. It was also guaranteed that the design and layout I wanted could be done. The measurements are done and I've paid. Despite my cabinets arriving, they could not be installed until my appliances arrived. My delivery dates kept getting pushed back from March to April/May. Inquiring what was taking so long, I was contacted by corporate that my order had been canceled without me being notified and without a refund. Contacted Kyle and was told he never checked in on my project and that some of my appliances were no longer available and I had to get replacements. I should've cancelled the project then but I had cabinets and some appliances sitting in my condo already.I got in contact with the store manager and assistant manager (Craig and Assistant Manager Rueben) wondering how this could happen. Ended up finding appliances that closely matched what I originally ordered. Finally got the cabinets installed, which the installers (Dallas Kitchen & Bath) who did them did an amazing job. Also found out one of my cabinets was damaged. While installing my appliances that's when I found out that Lowe's doesn't do electrical like I was told to install my wall oven. I had to hire an outside electrician to install my wall oven and Craig reimbursed me for the invoice. I got my floors done and the installers were again amazing. You would think that someone would look over my project to make sure everything was able to get done, but no. It wasn't until I had a routine electrical maintenance check that my electrician stated that my separate wall oven and cooktop wouldn't work. Got in contact with Craig, Rueben, and AB about what to do and why no one caught that despite being told it was able to get done. I had to deviate from my initial design and get a range. I was told I was going to get reimbursed for the cabinet that had to come out to make space for the range and I never got that refund. I had an inoperable kitchen with only a microwave and nothing else for months. Craig had to come out and see for himself the state of my small kitchen. I finally got a temporary sink and countertop to use.Skipped to finally getting my measurements done for the flooring and getting my floors installed. Even Harry from higher-ups came and checked in on the progress to make sure everything was going smoothly. The installer (I want to say Service Pros) was once again awesome. He was quick and very communicative and cleaned up after himself. Then came the countertops. I had to get my measurements redone which was fine but it took longer to get them redone. Got the measurements and waited for the countertops to come in and get installed. Again, the installers were amazing. Now I can get the rest of my appliances installed. It took three times for the Lowe's associate over my project to get the install correct which was still wrong. Service Pros (the installer) ended up installing my sink and disposal and coming back on a Monday morning to purchase the piping for the sink and install my dishwasher instead of going back through Lowe's to get the installation paperwork done correctly. My backsplash was installed by Lowe's which turned out okay. My kitchen didn't get finished until October and I have been trying to get in contact with a manager to get my refund for my cabinet and outstanding invoice. I am not able to fully use a drawer and cabinet since the range is blocking it. 9 months for a small kitchen and I am still not able to get in contact with a manager. It is December. Never again.
