5 star all the way! Wow! Incredible! I used them for a big move from a house to a small apartment. It went great. Shortly before moving I fell at home and hit my head. I was hospitalized. Nothing major, thank goodness. But, had to spend several weeks in the hospital. Robert and his team moved me completely and I didn't have to make any decisions. They even moved my cars to my new place, packed and unpacked me completely. I had a brief meeting with Robert about a month before and I'm amazed he remembered exactly how I wanted things. I didn't have to lift a finger! I would definitely use them again. Thank you all so much!

Overpriced, couldn't find my clients items, sent invoices late and demanded payment after no breakdown of pricing, never sent photos of received items.

My place of business uses LS Elite for all of our incoming furniture orders on the recommendation of a very well-known designer we do a lot of business with. She is very discerning, and if she trusts them with her clients' very high-end furniture and deliveries, I felt like that was all the vetting I needed. And she was right. As usual. These guys receive and inspect our shipments, and they're wonderfully thorough. I've used other companies in the past, but none were as 'on it' as LS Elite. Plus, they communicate quickly and effectively, which makes my life so much easier. That's the icing on the cake; after all the difficulties I've had in the past with other receiving facilities, it's such a relief to know I don't have to worry about the orders going to them. I highly HIGHLY recommend.

These guys were courteous and pleasant, they compensated us for some of the more egregious damages done. However, they don't provide an inventory tag of boxes and items (they temporarily stored our goods) consequently they delivered other people's boxes to us and lost several of ours. Honestly I would look to someone else

I have been working with this team for a year now for moving and for storage. They have been more than accommodating at every turn, even when I had many unusual needs and requests. They don't miss a beat no matter what I throw at them and are always extremely responsive and cheerful. Truly white glove service. I am grateful!

We use this company to receive our client's furniture items and they're unparalleled in their services. They have a very thorough and well-managed check in of each item, handling each piece with gloves and taking photos of any damaged that occurred in transit to them. They're completely on top of it, and they make our job so much easier!!
