A pair of boots I wanted was sold out online so I called the Dallas store. Cesar was unbelievably helpful! Really went above and beyond to hunt down the exact boots I wanted and made sure to get them to me in a timely manner. Excellent service and of course the boots are stellar. Can’t go wrong with Lucchese!
