Probably one of the worst Lululemon stores in DFW area. Weather issues with online orders not honoring an exchange they agreed to the day before
or a lack of products in store. The legacy west store is worth the drive and way nicer.

I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of sandals that were delayed, marked “undeliverable,” and then I was told to wait several more business days before any action could be taken. After multiple chats and repeated assurances that a replacement would be expedited if the order failed, Lululemon refused to honor that commitment — even though the item was still in stock.
Instead, I was told I had to place a new order with my own money and only offered complimentary shipping for “next time.” After pushing further, the final resolution was simply a refund and a $20 gift card. That doesn’t come close to addressing the wasted time, broken promises, and frustration of dealing with this order.
For a brand that prides itself on customer experience, this fell far short. I expected accountability and a resolution that matched the inconvenience caused, but instead I’m left without the product I wanted and with little confidence in ordering again.

Dropped into this location today to pick up a gift from my SIL that she ordered for pick-up in store. An individual at the front asked for my name which I provided. They could not find the package, and it turns out it was under my brother’s fiancés name. Although I had a screenshot of the order, the individual asked me for “proof of purchase” and told me I would need an ID for pick-up. I explained that I did not have the ID matching the name on the order as it was my SILs name (why would
I have her ID?) and she lives in New Jersey. The individual told me not to speak to them the way I was (I was very thoroughly communicating my confusion as I had proof of purchase and don’t have my SILs ID) to which they marched off and grabbed a manager. Manager was apologetic. Awful experience and will not be shopping here and being berated for simply being confused that my proof of purchase was not proof of purchase and that I don’t have someone’s ID who lives 1,500 miles away.

Closes early with no warning; not a single thing on the website, google, or even when you call the store indicating that the store will close an hour earlier than what it says online. Traveled over 45 minutes and was rushed to shop. My wife ended having to purchase multiple sizes and colors since we were rushed. Will have to make another trip out to return whatever didn’t fit or colors we didn’t like, which is a whole other hassle in itself.

I had a really disappointing experience at Lululemon during checkout. The staff asked for my phone number, and I clearly said “3366” four times, but the associate kept insisting it was “0066” with a dismissive attitude. I finally had to type it out to prove it. Not once did he apologize for the confusion or for wasting my time. Instead, he blamed the store speaker volume and even criticized me for not having the app for him to scan—never acknowledging his own mistake. The lack of courtesy and accountability made me feel unwelcome, and I honestly don’t feel like coming back.

I had such a great experience thanks to Beverly! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while shopping. She checked me out quickly and efficiently, and even encouraged me to sign up for an account so I could get the one-year insurance on my clothes. I had an amazing experience yesterday with the manager (a sweet, dark skin black woman - I’m upset I didn’t get her name). But her customer service was so top tier. And there are two things that really stuck out:
1) I was just standing there holding up a top trying to gauge if I liked it. And she approached me to ask me if I was okay or anything she can assist with. From there, it’s like I was getting my own 1-on-1 consultation where she was helping me choose the best options for me. She was knowledgeable about colors, stock and what would look best on me. She was personable, funny, sweet. I felt so taken care of as customer.
2) But what also stood out was shortly after she assisted me, she walked up to a Lulu associate and said, “Guess who just got a shoutout on the floor?!? You are killing it”. So that shows me that she’s not only intentional about recognizing customers but also acknowledging and celebrating associates on her team.
She left such a lasting impression on me that I had to leave a review the following day. That kind of customer service and management style makes you not want to shop anywhere else!
