This website is constantly down. CONSTANTLY! And you can never reach anyone regarding it. It’s held me up from booking lunches at a very busy practice SEVERAL times. I hope they switch platforms soon.

Absolute worst website! Do not understand why medical offices use lunchpro. The user interface is extremely outdated and website doesn’t work half the time. Thankfully, the majority of offices I call on use RxVantage which is light years ahead of lunchpro…only have 1 office still using this dinosaur.

Absolutely the worst website to navigate. Terribly slow and cumbersome. I dread having to schedule something with offices through this website. Hoping offices will dump this site.
